7Last 2x I’ve picked up at promises time I get told it’s not ready yet, give them another 15-20 minutes. Last time I was told someone called out sick and this time the attitude is very “it is what it is. ” I’m fairly confident they aren’t beginning the filling process on same day orders until the customer arrives. I saw another customer get told “20 minutes” when she came to pick up too. I’m going to be transferring everything to a different store.
If I wasn’t forced to CVS by Caremark, I’d be a happy person. Multiple issues spanning multiple years. Prescription screwups done by store staff, and they just don’t care.
While the techs are nice, their pharmacist is terrible at service - I observed him call a woman a "crazy lady" when she tried to ask him how long it would take for her prescription to be filled. When I had a question about one of my medications, I got literally yelled at by him - starting with him telling me that he doesn't have to answer my questions, then going on to say he won't fill my prescription.
So if you can, go somewhere else.
The pharmacy staff was rude and offended that I would ask them to do their job.
Transfer your medications. They do not care at all about providing efficient and accurate service. This pharmacy can't be trusted at all. They blame it on staffing issues, but I work in the medical field and my office is understaffed, yet we still go above and beyond for patients. They are rude. When they make a mistake they yell that they are understaffed, and remind you that they are helping you. How is it helpful when I call to verify a medication has been received and name it, and you tell me it is and that you will have it filled.yet when I go to pick it up 3 hours later, you filled an old RX that no longer applies? Then I get yelled at that it's my doctor's fault. I did my due diligence calling to verify the RX was received and you confirmed the name of the RX back to me. Now you tell me it was not received and you filled an old one on file. Waste of a day and I still do not have the correct med for my daughter. Save yourself the headache of this pharmacy with no integrity or intelligence.
Everyone here was super fast including pharmacy and the minute clinic, I don't know what the deal is with the bad reviews, people need to chill out!
