Terrible company overall pharmacy doesn't tell you they are closing down now you screwed out of your own medication. I'm on accutane you only have so many days to pick up your prescription, today was the last day I could pick it up now I won't be able to take it since this pharmacy never notified me even tho I was just there picking up another prescription that ended up being out of stock terrible people

All the goodies, friendly associates, clean, well stocked. No homeless allowed camping around which means safety shopping.

The pharmacist Clayton is the absolute worst. He has zero people skills and treats his customers and technicians horribly. I would rather be thrown into a pit of snakes than talk to him again!

Black guy who worked there followed me down the aisles and stood behind me till I checked myself out. If you were anything baggy they treat you like a criminal I’ve tested this out 3 times now and it’s ridiculous. I don’t even feel like shopping here it’s just close

I've been using the CVS at 10 E. Dunlap in Phoenix for about 5 yrs now faithfully every month as I get my prescriptions filled here. I've seen this store go through many changes during this time. There was actually a time when I had thought they may close this particular location. But during the past 6 months I've seen the store definitely turn around and I enjoy shopping at this location again. Management is amazing and while CVS is a large retail chain it feels good to go in and they greet you because they sincerely remember you which gives you that small local store feeling. So keep up the good work and good job to whoever brought this team in.

The most understaffed pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I went with CVS Simpledose to avoid the 35-45 minute hold times when calling this store, then Simpledose shuttered, so now I'm back to dealing with their staff being too busy to fill prescriptions (they usually wait until you arrive despite you giving them days to refill) ; transfer prescriptions back to CVS and/or answer any questions about prescriptions. I'm trying to find another pharmacy nearby so I can avoid this location altogether.

Great! Just had a great interaction today with Mark Lujan the store manager at CVS on Central and Dunlap. I was very tired from visiting at the hospital down the road and Mark was quick and helpful to answer my question while continuing to be attentive to another customer. Great multi-tasking and speed of service Mark! I will be in again!

Avoid this business, they need to be audited on the promptness of their prescriptions. They are still "working" on my prescription from 9 days ago. The first prescription We had to get it two hours later. The second it took two days to get it. People could die waiting for this place to fill up your prescription. Their customer support is terrible.

CVS at Central and Dunlap has been my store for very many years and I've never had a problem. All in all, I have been very satisfied with the service for many years.

This stores pharmacy sucks, they have to many clients. Service is slow, they don't communicate Rx issues with patients they leave you in the dark. They say they are doing things that they aren't doing.

The redheaded cashier with tattooed arms is a very disrespectful and unprofessional person who does not provide any kind of customer service. She is not helpful at all and seems annoyed when people need help.

This pharmacy is so busy and so slow. Waiting over >30 mins in the drive-thru, try to go inside, crazy long line. This has happened in multiple occasions so not just a one off.

Horrible. The woman gave up looking up my Rx because my last name was hyphenated. Sent me to wait in a whole other line. Then my prescription was not ready (despite an earlier call assuring it would be) and still wasn't filled the next day. Some other nice staff but the place is unclean and disorganized. I will never fill a prescription here again.
