Drug Store CVS reviews
12This Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. Its too bad i cant give them ZERO stars. The pharmacist is the WORST. ROTTEN at her core. I called at 11: 00 to have two prescriptions filled and was told it would b ready in an hour.when I showed up at 5: 30 only one of them had been filled and the pharmacist was telling me that she would fill the other one in 30 minutes and then when I was upset and frustrated as to why the other prescription wasn't filled she told me that she would fill it in 30 minutes and then she told me that she was too frustrated and upset and that I wouldn't be able to pick up my prescription until tomorrow. I go through this nightmare with these people every single month that I have to have my controlled substance prescription filled. The pharmacist is rude and nasty not pleasant doesn't check things and her staff tells you one thing and she tells you something different I'm at the point where I'm going to start going to another pharmacy.but the convenience of this one just being down the street from my house just pisses me off that this unpleasant woman doesn't seem to have any care for any of her patients and actually threatened me that she was not going to fill my prescription. I am going to file a complaint against her board and I'm going to print all of the reviews to see that I'm not the only one that she's a rotten person to.complete lack of people skills! Then to top it off.they charged my card twice.incompetent!
The staff is quite short/rude and didn’t even courtesy check when I asked if a medication was in stock.
Listen to all the reviews you read. I have dealt with this pharmacy personally and professionally, and the complaints you read in other reviews are accurate. Service is horrendous and the pharmacist doesn’t bother to follow up with prescribers if the prescription isn’t filled correctly. He or she simply doesn’t bother to clarify the prescription so it never gets filled. Also my wife picked up a prescription here once and they gave her a totally different person’s prescription. Imagine if she wouldn’t have corrected them at the counter and took a medication that was prescribed to someone else.
Honestly appalled at the lack of people skills these people possess. My husband called during his lunch and was on hold for over 30 mins, he had to call back after work. The gem of a pharmacist, Sandra, was rude, seemed very inconvenienced by his questions. We were hoping to pick up a particular medication early as we are going out of town. She basically informed us that they couldn’t / wouldn’t do anything to help him, despite us willing to pay out of pocket.no desire to even try and help us or give a suggestion, besides try an out of town pharmacy. If that’s truly the only option, so be it, however their customer service skills are non existent. Based on other reviews, our poor experience is not a one off. Proceed with caution, or just make the drive somewhere else.
Pharmacy is incompetent.
Cant find the prescription they call told me ready and really all the staff wanted to is complain to the customer that they work to much.
Good luck with that staff
This place is awful and their customer service is the same. They never call or notify you if your medication is out until you go and pick it up.
Send your prescription somewhere. They made a mistake on my prescription and when I went back at 1: 25pm on Saturday (4/29/23), they were VERY rude and closed the window on my face because they are about closing for lunch and didn’t want to deal with their own mistake. They literally said “go somewhere else like Lake Pleasant one”. What? So they can go for lunch 5 mins before 1: 30pm? I didn’t have to go there if they didn’t make a mistake at first place.
Not mention they tried charge me $70 instead of $15 because they were too lazy looking up customer’s insurance. Pharmacist and assistants at this branch are all bad.
The CVS on 59th and Union Hills is open 24hours. It's good to know if you have a sick child or family member. They have all of the OTC remedy's you could need. They have scan and go registers as well as a maned ones. I enjoy shopping there there is lots to look at.
If we could give negative stars we would. The pharmacist "Sandra" is sooooo extremely RUDE she had me in tears. The pharmacy tech even apologized for how things were handled. We called CVS corporate to complain about the situation and the care technician was even RUDE!
Terrible Pharmacy! Never ever they have delivered a medicine on time. Take more than 3 4 hours to prepare any medicine they get as prescription. Also no one picks the phone and keep customer on hold for more than half an hour
Worst ever! They don’t even seems to know what they doing. They have no clue about anything regarding a medication shipment or when the medication is ready. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
This store is terrible they can’t sync up my auto refill and never have anything in stock. The pharmacist refuses to help sync up the auto refill which leads to one getting canceled all the time and I have to refill it to avoid going every other week. The automated system does not work and you have to sit on hold for over an hour to get in touch with someone. Highly recommend management hires someone that can do the job. Very frustrating.
