CVS, Queen Creek AZ

This is a horrible Pharmacy. Please do not go and do not give them your business. I have been going there for some time and something must have changed (in additional to COVID19) as the lines are super long, they take 25 minutes to simply get to and handle your prescription once you get to the window. The prescription line is on the outside lane has broken which puts you in with the people getting tested. The notifications when prescriptions are ready comes late and does not work. I am always calling in and waiting on hold. I have tried to be patient, give them some chances and after 3 o4 4 of these experiences and knowing there are MANY other options nearby.they have lost my business. Walgreens, every grocery store, Costco, all are better options based on what has happened. I am now willing to drive the extra miles to give someone that is attentive to good customer service and convenience. I hope this helps someone else. Never been one to write reviews.they have pushed me past my tolerance level. Good luck CVS and goodbye.

Put in a script for pain meds for four fractured ribs. They told me a couple of hours. I verified when they closed which was 8pm. Showed up at 7 pm and was told they closed early. No way to transfer my script to another store either. Unbelievable that instead of calling people to let them know you’re closing early you let them find out for themselves and then figure out what to do about the pain for the rest of the MF night.

Horrible never have items needed or excuses why but still can’t keep stock
On top that don’t tell you when script amounts change and don’t use a card to pay through tube outside you will lose your card and just get them telling you we sent it back you find it moving everything out of cvs NEVER going back

Excellent customer service. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions about my drugs. One of the pharmacists recommended changing my prescription from pills to capsules and it saved a significant amount of money. I'm very happy with this store and will continue to have my medicine filled here.

I switched to this cvs after I had a horrible experience at the walgreens by my house. My dog has a pacemaker for his heart and has to take 6 diff meds every day. We are constantly picking up meds for him and/or visiting the animal emergency room. The day I switched to cvs I met a pharmacy tech named Theresa. She listened to my story, really listened. She was so sweet and turned my perspective around. Not only that but everytime I see her, she always asks me how my dog is doing, and she is always sweet, happy and patient. Thank you so much Theresa! I know you guys probably don't get many positive reviews but you definitely deserve this one. I really appreciate all the staff. Even the young man that cared for me today. He thanked me for my patience cause there was a line and was very nice and efficient! Thank you fuys so much!

For years I actually thought this CVS was closed and abandoned by the unmaintained look and consistently empty parking lot. Turns out its actually open!

Store is always clean and organized! Staff is always very friendly and kind. They know where everything is and are happy to help. This location also never seems to be crazy busy which is nice.

Very expensive. The cashier was very nice and very helpful. The pharmacy staff needs to get their stuff together tho, not super impressed with pharmacy performance. The store has a variety of things to choose from which is convenient.

My name is heather and the CVS store on Power Rd and Germain when I went in there the pharmacy was very very rude after if someone had surgery

Had to change from Walgreens to CVS because our insurance requires us to use CVS. This change was made effective January 1st. Since then, we have had to fill four different prescriptions and none were in stock. We were required to travel some 4 miles from home to have these filled. Four miles is not much, but why have a CVS one block from home if they have no medications. Also, I must travel past two Walgreens to get there. What a waste of space.

The black haired pharmacist is very professional and quick at filling. By far one of the best pharmacies in the area. I have seen pharmacist turn down filling prescriptions, but only because they were NARCOTICS! These medications have way more rules and regulations. These people tend to go back and forth between pharmacies. So I bet thats what the bad reviewer was trying to fill (as you can see theyre now going to walgreens, pretty soon thatll change).

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It takes days to get your scripts. I spend 30 minutes a week waiting for scripts that are continual. Nothing is ever in stock. Nothing is ever done at the promised time. Thank God Walgreens is taking express scripts again. I will never ever step foot here again.

Would recommend this Pharmacy to anybody, the staff really knew what they were doing and they were really quick about getting the medication ready

I like CVS way better than Walgreens. Maybe it's just because they were closer to me for a very long time. They usually have better deals on energy drinks.

The pharmacy is terrible here. Stay away, they are slow and always have an excuse for why your prescription isn't ready. Walgreens down the street is much busier yet can manage to fill prescriptions in a timely fashion. Not sure why it took me 3 times of finding out my prescriptions aren't ready before giving up on them.

Worst pharmacy experience repeatedly! Pharmacy manager has no personal skills! I worked in pharmacy 10 years before staying home with our 7 children. I know it's a tough, thankless job, but come on. You treat your customers like they are stupid.
I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have been a customer here for 6 months. My scripts have never been ready when they have told me they would be.
