CVS, Peoria AZ

Peoria issued it mandatory to wear a mask in any public place on Friday. I just went to CVS on 91st and Union Hills (Wednesday) and immediately saw 2 customers and 1 employee with masks not being worn. (Employee had it pulled down). Went across the street to Walgreens where they had a sign posted outside.everyone in the store had on a mask. Come on! You're a store that deals with ill people who need prescriptions and you're not enforcing this? SMH!

Was told wait time on our covid tests would be 3-5 days. That afternoon MyChart changed it to say 5-7 days. The next day it was changed to 6-10 days and this morning they say 11 days! Our son cannot go back to work without results and can't afford for this to keep dragging out. My husband is trying to work from home but with what he does it is near impossible.
If you can't get the results out quickly then slow your damn testing down! People need results quicker than 11 days!

That place is a joke! The cost of my prescriptions are so different every time. When I asked why they said the medication wasn't run through the insurance. Who's job is to do that. I'm paying medical insurance over $800.00/month. What makes them think I want to pay $109.00 instead of $10.00 or less. This pharmacy is contracted with my plan. I transferred my prescriptions to different pharmacy and is a different ball game!

Dont bother to Covid tested here.
. By the time you get your results back you could be dead. They do not Care at all. LOL

This place is absolutely terrible very limited selection does not contain common items that a pharmacy should have like instant cold packs the customer service is incredibly lacking.after looking for a particular item that I couldn't find, primarily because they demed standing around and BSing as a priority, 5 minutes before close I informed them young girl at the front that I'll be right back in I need to grab my cell phone also informed her I'm looking for items to help my dog that was just attacked by another dog. It concluded with the older lady rushing me out the door while I'm stressed trying to help my puppy. I will be contacting corporate over this also!

Recently permanently moved to Peoria. Just had my first Az doctor visit. I needed a few different medications filled. CVS had all of my medications in stock and I received a call telling me all my perscription were ready within an hour after leaving my doctors office. I was pleased with their CVS drug prices. Nice friendly staff.

Always helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is great and knowledgeable. Much better than the Walgreens next door. So glad I transferred my prescriptions to this CVS.

I have recently transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy because I moved out here from downtown. I have had several interactions with the pharmacy staff. One of them even called me out of the blue to see if I had any questions regarding my medications, which really impressed me. However, most of the people behind the counter are either totally bored and can't be bothered or just downright rude. A little common courtesy would go a long way.

Take your scripts elsewhere. They can never get the insurance info right, and when they screw it up, they just revert to cash pay. So it'll either be covered, or you'll get a nice surprise when they tell you it'll be 5x what you normally pay (or in our case, $68 for a script that's $0 under the ACA). This has happened 3 times now, and the Pharmacists/techs always act like WE are inconveniencing THEM. I get that it's annoying to re-run insurance, but who ran it incorrectly in the first place?

The Walgreens across the street is far better.

Store is fine. The bad rating is because of the young guy working the register. Extremely rude and said some offensive things to me. Wouldn't take my business to this cvs again.

All of the associates were very helpful in helping me find the products I needed. Especially Zachary, he took the time to work with me in asking questions as to what products I war looking for.

The staff her is knowledgable and customer driven. Melissa the pharmacy manager goes out of her way to ensure patients recieve the medication they need in a timely and friendly manner.
