The pharmacy staff is doing the best with what they can with being in a pandemic and being short staffed. I think people forget they do testing here as well, take it easy on them they’re humans too.

Completely disappointed. I just moved to South Mountain and pharmacies in the area are just incredibly full and pharmacist take forever to give you the prescription. I tried to do delivery but the web site its garbage as well.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. I've sat on hold for hours never to speak to anyone. Medications are never ready on the promised date and time. The last medication I received was promised Thursday by 3pm. I still had not heard back by Monday the following week close of business. I ran out of that medication while waiting for this pharmacy to fill it. When I called Tuesday to figure out what was going on no one answered even after I sat on hold for another hour. Frustrated, I went down to the store only to find really long lines and a staff that was clearly disorganized and overwhelmed. The phone was ringing and kept saying "3 pharmacy calls" the whole time I was there (~45 min) but not once did I see anyone pick up the phone. There were at least 5 people there. When I finally was helped the pharmacist very rudely asked if I had received a call confirming my medication was ready. When I said no she tried to turn me away and tell me they were very "busy. " It wasn't until I explained how the medication was promised Thursday and how I had run out that she cared enough to help. It took her another 20 minutes to fill it after that. I've been a CVS customer for the past 8 years and I've never had this bad of an experience.

Very very very slow drive thru pharmacy. I sat behind two cars for over 30 minutes. I guess people were doing Covid tests. This should not be allowed at the drive thru! Have your prescriptions filled elsewhere!

The urgent care i went to sent my prescriptions on Friday. By Sunday the pharmacy told me they stoll weren't ready. This is so unacceptable. I'd leave zero stars if I could

I really hate this pharmacy they take forever to answer the phone and never have my medication ready. They need better staff

For me this CVS is my one and only pharmacy that I use. They have had issues in the past but they are getting their new systems dialed in nicely. I love the 3 month supply at a time option that they now have. Getting a text message is always nice. Lines seem to be shorter or maybe they are just getting more efficient. Love how I can stop into the store for little supply runs when I need to or just hit the drive thru while on the go.

All prescriptions come to this location. The customer service is amazing at the pharmacy. Any questions I have for my Rx are always answered. Thank you CVS and pharmacy reps!

Great service at the pharmacy. Tony at the pharmacy is awesome. Helped me with a refill for my son when we switched our insurance.

The young lady at the pharmacy was incredibly helpful and very nice when I picked up my prescription yesterday. Should have gotten her name.

** Jan 17th 2018 5: 20 pm, WHERE IS MANAGEMENT!? !? ! I am amazed at the poor service here, the young girls working here don't seem to know much about anything, asking each other and neither know the answer to anything. DONT THEY FLIPPIN WORK HERE?
BUT it's really not their fault.
OBVIOUSLY MANAGEMENT IS WORTHLESS.
How can the " Manager ", if he/she can be called that, not see what's going on? !? !? !
CHECK THE CAMERAS DUDE!
Customers wait while employees take their time talking amongst themselves as the customer looks on and waits for them, isn't customers first how it should be? Why leave 3 young kids there alone, Where's the adult.
No wonder it is as it is.
Sweep up behind the photo counter, I mean come on.
SHAME ON THE MANAGER.

I RECOMMEND WALGREENS TO EVERYONE.

Pharmacist would not fill my prescription stated it was a controlled substance which is obvious and therefore why I had a prescription!

These people have no clue how to handle a return for an item with a manufactures defect. All I wanted was to exchange the item with the original receipt that I was given 5 minutes prior! They made it seem like it was impossible! So, I got a refund, drove a mile down the road and made a purchase at WALGREENS who's tape yes "tape" actually had adhesive on the back side!

Incompetent employees. Nice but incompetent. Unable to perform functions that would be expected of a trained pharmacy tech. Management at this location needs to step up their training.

My employer switched to CVS Caremark for our prescription benefits so I thought I would give them a try as my pharmacy as well. After 3 months I'm done. The people are nice but they are slow and make mistakes. I'm taking my business right back to Walgreen's on Southern & 19th where they are quicker and more efficient, not to mention cheaper.

Mngr Kathy from pharmacy continues to be a failure! After requesting for a specific med for 2 weeks! Failed! Can not count the milligrams either for a oinment approved by Ins. Literally these people in the pharmacy continue to fail not only in the customer service department but as well as adding up, they failed math! A monkey would do a better job than those individuals placed there at that location!

You had better plan your illness ahead of time. This is twice now where I get a prescription from an urgent care they say they can't fill it until tomorrow. Urgent need doesn't wait. No qualms with the retail side of the store.
16th Street and baseline always delivers.

They have lousy service they close at 6 p.m. And I get there @ 6: 01 and they tell me they can't give me my prescription which is bull crap.

Best CVS Pharmacy since I have been in Phoenix AZ they told me ten minutes and they were closing it was more like three minutes, excellent customer service the crew working tonight were awesome
