CVS Pharmacy reviews
4 I swear I hate coming to this store. Id rather travel to 19th Ave. Workers there are so friendly. Makes shopping so much better.
On 7th st. Both managers (white man and hispanic woman) are rude and racist.
I am a former customer of the late Mercy Rexall Drug but after they closed my scripts were transferred to CVS at 711 E Indian School Rd. I regularly take about 10 different medications a month with some having different complicated refill times and the employees at that CVS lead by Dong not only get my drugs right they do it professionally and to top it off they have not once ever mistreated me knowing that many of my meds were for psych reasons. If there was one thing Mercy Rexall had over CVS it was delivery but there is always that to shoot for right CVS?
Finally I want to thank Dong for helping me out over Christmas break 2017 when the mis managed late Southwest Network left me without my psych meds for nearly 2 weeks leaving me alone and starting to unravel cause nobody wants to be with someone with my condition off my meds let alone off them on X-Mas. I tried to get a walk in appointment for over a week before the holiday to get my scrips refilled without success and they refused to give me a bridge on the basic medications I need to keep me from feeling like my world is falling apart. As time ran out and the clinic closed for 5 days my mental state was spent and I was alone fighting the demons that without my meds I have in me. I don't know how it transpired but somehow Dong saw my struggles and gave me the gift of the year by providing me enough meds till the clinic opened back up after the holiday. My mind slowly began to go back to "normal" and I was able to get the chance to celebrate the last couple days of the holiday till Southwest Network reopened and I could get in to see a provider for my scripts.
Thanks CVS and Dong!
A very customer service oriented establishment with wonderful products any clean tidy environment everyone should visit
The CVS staff are great. I am always greeted with a welcoming "hello". CVS is my "go to" pharmacy for all my prescriptions. All the reminders and updates making sure I am on top of all my medications and refills are helpful. Plus CVS always has great deals and rewards. BIG THANKS to all the employees for your helpful assistance; much appreciated!
Thank You!
