2Both times I have used the pharmacy and have asked them to try my prescription discount cards to see if I could get a discount, they made me feel like I was annoying them. This is a service offered by CVS Pharmacy to it's customers and the pharmacy team acts very annoyed to do their job. I asked very nicely and both times the man behind the counter grudgingly searched for a discount, never smiling nor displaying a hint of kindness. It's really off-putting and makes me not want to use them at all. They need to train their Pharmacy staff on what customer service means.
I do not know who is in charge of the staffing for the pharmacy but having one person run the front and the drive thru is ridiculous! I've even seen this on the weekends. Literally have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 min before someone came to the window and there was only 1 car in front of me because one if them left. Then I couldn't get my daughter's meds because it needed a preauthorizatuon which they did not notify me. WASTE IF MY TIME! WORST PHARMACY EVER
