D' Venue Reception Hall, Mesa AZ

Good afternoon y’all! The security there is super rude! They don’t let people in the even if they have invitations! The security had 2 kids race to see who he would let in! They abuse the very little authority that they have! Very poor service! Take your money elsewhere so y’all won’t be dissapointed! That’s exactly why I DONT RECOMMEND this reception hall!

Yo, let me break it down for y'all straight up – was here a few months ago this place is a hot mess, no cap. I rolled up to this joint, and it was straight-up whack from jump street. Ain't nothing going right here:

Service - Total Trash:
Their so-called "service" was a joke. Staff acting like they'd rather be anywhere else but there, ignoring my drink orders like they were invisible or something. We're dropping mad cash, and they can't even show basic respect? Nah, fam.

Food - Flavorless Flop:
The grub they served was on some next-level tastelessness. It's like the kitchen crew quit caring about seasoning or making it pop. I've had better eats at a gas station. And don't even get me started on the overpriced nonsense they're trying to pass off as food.

Capacity Claims - Straight-Up Lies:
Security talking 'bout the place being "at capacity, " but I ain't seen no proof, no nada. Empty tables, empty chairs – they just playing us, making up excuses to keep the crowd thin. I ain't here for their shady games.

Long story short, don't waste your time. It's a complete letdown, and I wouldn't wish this mess on my worst enemy. Find somewhere else to party, 'cause this spot ain't it, fam.

The experience was good, the hall was clean with good service. The only but was the music, besides they have great brands the music was loud but unbalanced.

Just attended a Quinceañera there this past wknd and my husband and I had stomach cramps and diarreah. Just found out today that our entire table had gotten sick with stomach cramps and diarreah! Beware!

The truth is a terrible experience, I come from the coordinator of the event on behalf of the bride who is my sister and my sister gave me instructions and the lady in the room, very despotic and rude, said no that they work their way and did not follow instructions that the one from the event gave the truth that is rude because then you as a client have no voice or vote, I do not recommend it.lousy attitude

Really pretty place but l don’t recommend. The security guard we’re really rude and disrespectful, their was a problem happening that they came to our table asking for IDs long story short we were being so nice and respectful while they were being rude to the point where they called my brother in law a “fucking retard” in Spanish. Thinking he wouldn’t understand because he is black and they thought he didn’t know Spanish.l got up and told them that they had to be respectful and apologize security got up in my face saying “ I’m not going to apologize until someone tells me the truth”. My brother in law talked to the policeman their and the police officer told him that he told the security guard that he needed to apologize to him because the security guard was in the wrong for cussing at him, and the security guard didn’t even apologize or say anything to him. Really disappointed and as the look of it they always have a problem with the security guards at the reception hall.

Security, I had a good experience in this room. I have come several times, the security people were friendly. But I no longer know what happened to the security for me. Keep an eye on who hires security please and understand the guests please.

I would give zero reviews! My husband and was racially profiled and got cussed on by the security in Spanish thinking he would not understand. The security guard think they have the power to disrespect anyone. My husband is a veteran and served this country to be disrespected and cussed at! I hope they do something about this!
