Da Barbershop, Phoenix AZ

I went there today 11-16-19 and this "Lady gave me a haircut" and yeah she faded one side better than the other. Clearly dosen't know how to fade. I left and paid for my cut. Didn't want to hurt her feelings. Go to Romana Barber shop on 32nd st and Thomas.

The ladies would not cut my hair the way I wanted, they insisted I wanted a different haircut when I knew exactly what I wanted, and after they finally submitted to a paying/tipping customer they still screwed up my sons and my hair and they had an attitude the whole time I finally asked shouldn't the customer get what they pay for and I'm sure your boss wouldn't appreciate you making your customers unhappy.either way those ladies were a horrible choice for business and I've now found a new barber.

Only reason why I am giving this place a 5 star is because after my sons hair was extremely chopped off by the older lady with gray hair (or whatever hair color she has and has a knee brace) after specifically telling her we DID NOT want any length off. She left my sons hair all choppy. Some long hairs and some short. Calling it a "fade". She rudely talked back to me when I pointed it out and rudely said "THEN YOU CUT IT YOURSELF". She is not a professional so the 5 starts are for the young gentelman right in front of the door. He gladly did us the honor of fixing my sons hair cut.

The barber's here are good, but this location is always understaffed and have long wait lines, the barber's are always pausing to take personal calls or to just chat with other workers

Please do not go to this barber shop there frauds and there racist they don't accept debit cards and the ATM machine they have by there register steals ur info there rude and over priced there not even in a good neighborhood to be charging $16 for a simple hair cut they don't even out line the edges

These people be closing it down at 6 and they close it at 7 this one time I took my brother they messed he asked for a low fade and ended up getting a high fade

The older lady who cut my hair got mad and started calling me feo.haha.because I made them give me my money back for messin up a simple fade. I'll post a picture on Facebook.

Terrible place to get a hair cut if you care about what you look like. Nothing but clowns that can't do a simple design. I was refused service because they wont try! Simple squared out beard!

Love this place. Have no complaints so far. They always talk with you and shares stories. Have had the same barber for years

Slowest barber shop I ever been to. The barber's stand around and talk for minutes. Won't be coming back here.

It was okay. They have woman in barber shops now in days. A tom boy gave me a hair cut in this place. It was very uncomfortable.

I went there and sat down for 30 min no one even said hi. I stood for the first 5 min. The lady stared at me while talking to here friend/customer and the guy went on break or something. Bad business

Every time I go here there is never the same person working. However every person I go to does an excellent job and is very nice. It does feel more Hispanic by nature (Some barbers barely speaking English) but if you get past that it's great. They even have a discount for wearing your football teams Jersey
