Read some really great reviews! Saw a few that were not so good but glad I’m was able to read and understand why and the responses back to customers reviews! I feel better about making a dental appointment here.

This place refused to make an appointment for me, for no explanation. I tried to book a time for a routine cleaning and they texted me "I'm sorry. We are not the office for you. "

After sending them my insurance info, they told me my insurance has a 3-month waiting period. I told them my provider waived it and that I could forward them the proof. I asked if I could make an appointment. No response, they ignored me.

I inquired again and they repeated the same thing, so I emailed them the confirmation from my insurance company. That's when they flat out declined, no explanation.

Paying for dental cleaning would not have been an issue, so I don't understand this rude behavior. The person texting was anonymous, so I asked for their name, but no response yet.

EDIT 6/5/19: The "obscure" insurance the owner is talking about is CIGNA, which provides service to 86 million people in 30 countries. The response below also doesn't address the fact I sent a confirmation from Cigna saying there was no 3-month wait required.

I ended up going to Biltmore Commons. I dreaded the idea of being turned away again, but Biltmore had no issue with my insurance and everything was a breeze. Dental service wonderful, everyone who worked there was so kind. I highly recommend everyone go there instead.

This office was convenient for routine cleaning, drill and fill but do not allow them to give you a crown. I had a total of three done by them over the years. One done in 2015 was never level with my gum line. Which I questioned at the time of getting it done if she could fix it. My natural tooth was drilled down beyond my enamel causing discoloration within the exposed area. It was packed after placement [because it was (lab) created too short] with some material that came off next day.

The tooth broke while traveling away from PHX two months ago on just chewing a soft biscuit. In hopes of having it fixed upon my return, she won’t touch her awful work. I don’t have insurance but at least she could looked at it and recemented it. Being that I’ve always prepaid her upon every visit insurance or not. I know it fits back into place. Yet she can’t double charge me and my insurance company like she tried to get away with before.

I am now concerned with my other teeth that she crowned the same way. Dentist are supposed to plan your dental health and not do sloppy work inwhich you have to return and get something more serious out of their error. My crown or cap, whatever you wish to call it, was supposed to be “stronger than my tooth” per her words at the time of placing it.

I should have gone to another dentist out of state. Instead of thinking the one who screwed up my smile would fix it! Livid and not smiling!

3/5/19 - Just seeing the response to my review. If she would have agreed to at least look at it, she would have known which tooth to reference. This dentist and I had a discussion regarding what services that we were going to do in the onset of treatment/initial xrays, etc. Her plan was to put a crown on that tooth after removing the silver filling to match the other tooth colored filings that I had. The truth of the matter is this crown is roughly 3 years old. She totally screwed up the integrity of that tooth. And didn't want to work on it with out getting to double dip with insurance and estimated prepayments.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr Brian made a grueling teeth cleaning rather enjoyable and very informative! He was so patient and didn’t rush like many do. He offered me several breaks throughout—He is a dentist that I would want to do dental work on me if I had needed any. I highly recommend this practice.

I would like to share with everyone my horrific experience this morning on March 26,2018. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Charles Epps, and I am writing this review in regards to my dissatisfaction with this awful, awful dental office. Stay away everyone, I am serious. To begin with, I’ll start off by saying that I am completely aware of my tardiness this morning. However, per the email I received from the wife it stated to advise the dental office in advance which I did. The lack of respect towards me over their time management ego was by far the worse experience I have had in my twenty five years of existence. Secondly, your rushing to assist me technique was horrific, and now the “replacement” tooth or whatever you would like to call this thing on my tooth has came off. I am expecting a refund or something for all this unnecessary inconvenience you have caused me. Thirdly, the receipt you provided me with is not sufficient enough. I need an actual receipt stating the services that were rendered today. I was charged 300 dollars, for being in that office ten minutes. I have already contacted my insurance company and they are very concerned with everything that transpired this morning. I have never experienced such awful service I am still baffled. Hopefully after today my insurance company can discontinue any affiliation with your office. You deserve zero, zero stars for your “service” earlier. I expect to hear back no later then today. By the way, please do not forget to send me an updated receipt with the services that you theoretically rendered.

Best dentist I have ever been to! Very educative and honest. Does not try to cheat you or milk you for services. I recommend this dentist to everyone, and would to the extent of advising to switch. Quality care and integrity. To say the least, great practice.

I had to have several teeth pulled last week. Dr Rachel and her staff did everything possible to help me feel comfortable all the way through the procedure. They removed the stitches this morning, and my gum feels so much better. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and was pleasantly surprised with this one. I can't recommend them enough. And affordable too!

After hearing about a friends good experience (who hates going to the dentist!), I got a cleaning done here. Da Vinci Dental is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. They have excellent bedside manner, and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. My Kids now LOVE going to the dentist, asking them all kinds of questions, and getting a prize. I highly recommend Da Vinci Dental to families and individuals alike.

I have been going to Da Vinci Dental for 8 years. I hated to go to the dentist before but Dr Brian and Dr Rachel are the best Dentist on the planet. I actual fell asleep during a deep cleaning. I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST now. These two Dentist are god sent. I highly recommend them for you and your family.

First impression upon arriving at Davinci Dental:

Courteous staff, professional attitude, and clean workplace.

Impression after leaving Davinci Dental:

Right off the bat Dr. Brian sent good vibes assuring me to be vocal with any questions or concerns throughout my visit. When I did ask questions, he acknowledged them with both a personal and extraordinarily professional manor. He took time to make sure I understood him. Dr Brian was the MOST Respectful, knowledgeable, caring, and relatable Dentist I've ever been to. The whole process breezed by with ease. From Xrays to teeth cleaning. Never once was I in any discomfort.

I am tremendously fortunate to have been referred to such an amazing dental group.

Overall impression:

100/100. Do yourself (and your good health) a favor and choose Davinci Dental.

My little recommendations:

Show up early. Take these dentists' advice on keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Have a healthy and blessed day.
