It takes 15 minutes to answer to take the order even tho there's no car in front of you. And when you pull over to the window, they haven't even made your blizzard it takes them another 15 minutes. IT'S JUST A JOKE, GO THERE IF YOU JAVE A LOT OF SPARE TIME. If you are not reafu for customers or if you don't. Have enough staff I don't see the reason to be open.

The young ladies working the store were very busy and obviously understaffed. They were running non stop but on a Saturday evening it was busy. The staff were great doing everything as fast as they could and being polite in the process. The owner / manager should be a shamed to work these kids this hard and not have more employees working to help. I hope these hard working kids find a better job somewhere else.

I haven't had one single thing on the menu that was decent. Not sure it's DQ as a whole or just this location, but it's no bueno.

My husband and I went to DQ for lunch today and the food was hot, fresh and very tasty! The staff was very friendly! I believe their names were Cruz and Zack that were helping us, they are both a great asset to DQ! We'll be back for sure!

Disgusting, th Hamburger wasn't cooked. Lettuce was bad Bun had mold. Soda had stuff floating in it. Never seen anything so worse.

Half hour of waiting for our food inside the joint… employees walking past us… go up and half them are on social media, another is eating, all four of them are in the office. Looked at me like I was trying to order food. Lol. Truly not a great experience. Also, those meat Pattie’s were rancid.

Ever since COVID hit and they weren’t allowing anyone inside to eat this place has gone down hill. It takes forever in the drive thru line. It doesn’t matter if there is one person or five people in front of me. I’m still waiting about 10-15 minutes to order and three quarters of the time they are out of one thing or another. If my grandmother didn’t love her hot fudge sundae I would go someplace else.

The burger tasted something like you got of the school cafeteria and the food is way overpriced, 10 bucks for a little tiny burger and a lar.fry! Don't waste your time or money, place is a joke!

Great place to go on a super hot day when you're riding your motorcycle. The only deal was not again too busy, two guys working and took me forever to get a blizzard.

Zero stars- have not been able to accept a DQ gift card for month. Get it fixed or stop advertising gift cards on your website.

Hate the new burger Pattie’s! There was nothing wrong with the old way, burgers were the best part and they definitely didn’t need fixing!

Super long wait in the drive thru when only 1 person was in front and nearly empty store. We almost left right when they finally took our order.

Spent quite a bit of money but they were out of just about everything that we wanted to order (including BBQ sauce on the side) so we had to make different meal choices for just about everyone in our party. One of our meals was supposed to come with parfait cup, that was missing from our order. The cashier was very polite though.

Been going here since it opened. Appreciate them and their location. I like their food especially the choices of ice cream treats. Thanks for your staff always nice.

So I came to this place On Vacation to order two chicken Sandwiches and when I get my order one is a complete raw chicken breast breaded… I literally bite the sandwich twice before realizing the only thing cooked was the breaded part… then I threw up twice on my way in the store telling them what happened and all they asked was would you like a refund… I would never recommend this place
