Note that doctors in this practice (Serenity) do not see patients over 59 years old. That is their choice and they are free to do that. Note, that this doctor does not have this in her profile, so you'll have to call to find that out. When I called to make an appointment the appointment setter kept me on the phone for 16 minutes getting all sorts of personal information and a copy of my insurance card before telling me they didn't take patients over 59. (I'm 61 and still working). If I were a mental health practitioner, I would have a script with referrals I could transfer callers to rather then telling a patient, who may be in trouble, that they are too old for this practice. This was not only a waste of my time, but really hurtful. I recommend they put their damn screening questions up front and have referrals handy for patients that aren't a good fit for them. Horribly callous and unprofessional.
