Daniel's Total Car Care, Goodyear AZ

I was very disappointed in their service. Car repair was done incorrectly with a very bad part. They were hours late with repair which disrupted my schedule. No calls were made/attempted and even going to them personally I was still delayed and never even received an apology. I believe they are selective with whom they give reasonable service and while they profess to be Christians, there values were not evident. I would not recommend. Very shady in my opinion. Poor communication. Bad Customer Service. Inconsiderate of others.

I can't imagine how anyone could possibly give this business a one star review! They were highly recommended to me by a friend when my air conditioner went out a little more than a year ago. They replaced the entire system and had me back on the road again very quickly. I was super happy with them!
Well. 2 days ago the A/C suddenly failed again! I "thought" that I only had a 1 year warranty on it, and the system was now 2 1/2 months out of warranty. I'd also only put a little more than 6,000 miles on this car in the past 14 months. I wasn't sure if they were going to be forgiving on the warranty time, or if they were going to hold their ground on it.
I dropped the car off this morning.
And if you, a few hours later, I received a call from the owner, Daniel letting me know that the car was ready and that there was no charge for it. (Yay!) There was a defective "O" ring on tje condenser that they discovered, replaced the entire condenser and got everything back together right away. Not next week or even the next day. The SAME day! I'm super happy to say that I'm actually getting cold in my car right now! It's 107 outside!
The level of service that I've received since the very first time I brought my car to them has been nothing short of exceptional! I would assume that yours will be too!
They truly do stand behind their work and make sure that they use high quality parts that are backed with exceptional warranties.
Being a business owner myself, I truly appreciate the fact that they not only care enough to do great work, and use quality parts, but that they're SMART enough too! No business owner likes to deal with the hassles of an unhappy customer. Period. People need to understand this.
By the way. He informed me that I had a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on the work! He didn't have to remind me or let me know. But he did.
I HIGHLY recommend this business. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Had a very good experience at Daniel's Total Car Care. His technician was quickly able to find and repair a leak in my HVAC refrigerant system that another shop was unable to locate after 3 visits.

We called to have my infinities ac checked and Daniel the owner answers the phone and said he checks it for free. The next call was a quote for $455 so we were excited since everybody kept telling us it was the compressor. I'm on my way to pick it up when daniel called and said it's the compressor after all.they put o rings in and charged the freon.i had to pay $455 for a fix that didn't fix it and now to get the compressor kit installed is $1900. What company backs out from a deal and expects you then to pay them more to fix what every other mechanic i spoke to told me it was without even touching the car. He sat and preached for 45 minutes about his buddies shop down the street over charges people and how he helps everybody in goodyear keep there cars on the road and has a parts person who he has done business with for 20 years that's more than fairly priced. I'm not a mechanic so if the $455 wasn't a for sure fix why not inform your customer once in there it might be more. I filed with the better business bureau and looking to get my money back.for freon and a ac check must companies charge about $150 for both. Shady deals and a waste of my day.
RESPONSE to his, when you call to say $455 to fix the ac and i authorized that. My ac should work.you didn't say it might be more or anything. I'm not a mechanic that's why i went to you. Rather than praise yourself to customers maybe try and educate people! Then you won't make people feel ripped off

Amazing service. Daniel is a professional with reasonable prices for quality work. He is a Godly man and even prays with his customers. He makes time to really listen and understand. He invited me to have lunch with him and his mechanics. All his mechanics are Master Mechanics and the their work is excellent. Highly recommend!

I had driven past this business tons of times. I had a flat tire and went in hopes they had a tire to sell me. Unfortunately, they did not have any to sell me but kindly put on my spare at no cost. The owner, Daniel, was at the front desk was so kind and helpful. A couple of weeks later, I came back so he could fix my car's AC. It was done quickly and at a great price! Definitely recommend this shop for any of your vehicle maintenance needs.

I've never had a negative experience there, Daniel is honest and he tells you what's really wrong with your vehicle unlike most car repair shops that jack up the prices and would charge you with repairs and parts the vehicle doesn't need. They are also knowledgeable in European cars. I had my BMW serviced there and they did a great. They're great people with great service! They deserved 5 stars

Very professional. Did a great job replacing my front wheel bearing assembly. Honest run shop. I will return and tell all to give them a try. Thanks Steve Trenasty
