We had a very positive experience with Dan's Paint & Body for repairing our car. They were professional, efficient, and great communicators. Our vehicle was repaired faster than expected and we were kept up to date along the way with the progress of the repair. Highly recommend them!

Oscar and his crew did an excellent job putting my front bumper together with care. The only thing I suggest is a bit more communication between everyone as I needed my vehicle for work and had no idea until I dropped it off that it would be 2-3 days which ended up being 10 days because of additional parts but in the end it all worked out and my vehicle looks fantastic!

My car was in an accident and had extensive damage when I had only had it 2 weeks! When I got it back feom Dan'a it looked brand new! I love their work, buisness, and ethics. Thank you so much Oscar!

We have used Dan’s in the past and just automatically went to them again. The receptionist was so courteous and helpful. Carlos help answer our questions. Your staff is excellent and we highly recommend you to friends and family.

A poor and unpleasant experience where they were passive aggressive and made it my problem. 10/10 do not recommend!

The only reason I am giving this company a one star review is because zero stars is not an option. Someone got into a car accident with me and had poor insurance so the whole process has been a nightmare, but Dan's Paint and Body has been passive aggressive and a major problem of its own accord. Due to insurance being a problem we decided that we wanted to take it to a different shop of our choosing rather than going with progressive's choice. Dan's took 5 days just to do an estimate and take the car apart, let alone the week or two it was going to take to get in my parts and finish the job of putting it back together and painting. I drive a Ford Fusion and parts should not take that long to begin with let alone being without my car for two to three weeks at a time. When we were displeased about this information, we asked to pick the car up and they passive aggressively told us they would charge us to put my car back together so that I could take it. When we said we would put it back together they threw all my pieces into the back of my car and made it my problem. Not to mention the cars they aren't working on sit on the a side street in Tucson rather than in a secured parking lot. Do NOT take your car to Dan's Paint and Body if you are looking for a timely fix or a pleasant experience. If you do, good luck!

Supper disappointed with Dan’s auto body. Very simple side mirror replacement. Terrible communication, no follow up. Told I would be called back right away 3-4 times when the person I needed to speak to wasn't available but received no call back. Told parts weren’t in yet but when I called Subaru they informed me all parts had been delivered 3+ days before. When finally got installation scheduled they had ordered a wrong part. Still missing the part two weeks later and when the partial install was done mirror adjustment button was bent and rendered not functional so I am unable to properly set the mirrors. This was not broken prior to the semi-installation of the side mirror. Still waiting for a call back…

It took some time but they did N awesome job on my Volvo xc90. I strongly recommend this repair shop for your nerds, you won’t be dissatisfied. Keep up the good work. My only recommendation is to stay in contact with the customer on the job status. Good job!

The front desk ladies are super nice and very understanding. Oscar helped with the quote and was very considerate to me. The paint repair was really good to the point you would have never known there was damage. I would give it 4.5 stars for the cleaning of the car. Exterior was a tad dirty but it did rain before I picked up my car (understandable). The cleanliness issues comes from inside the car, cup holders was still dirty and some trash was still under the seat. Honestly it was a great experience overall. They also have it that I will be back in 6 months for another full detail, and that’s something unique and cool. If need to go to a place, this is the place to go. They are also certified with most of not all manufacturers, so you shouldn’t have to worry about your warranty. Have a great day.

I had been hit by my drivers door while parked and it ended up being a bit more than 4000 in damages. I was Devastated since I took meticulous care of my newer car. I wanted to take it to a reputable collision center, and I am so glad I picked Dan's Paint and Body, they were highly recommended. They surpassed all of my expectations and deserve a big shout out! Richard, Oscar, and Nataly are very communicative, kind, and have integrity in their work. I would recommend to anyone who needs the job done right!

I was in an accident. Dan's was recommended by a friend. In this whole experience, Dan's is the only one that has communicated with me. They told me the car was a total loss and asked me to come collect my personal belongings and guided me to take my plates. A month later my insurance has finally contacted me to talk about my " next step". So very grateful to the front staff and Oscar for guidance during this very difficult time. My Tesla is all beautiful again after a little crunch. Oscar was great and helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I was worried about them matching up the color, but it matched perfectly. The ladies upfront were helpful and kind in the office itself is super cute.

The vehicle was delivered to the shop on 2/15/23. It needed a new bumper and a spot of paint on the rear door. The work was done satisfactory. No complaints. But they did not communicate to me how long it would take. The vehicle was there 26 days. I emailed and got no response. I had to call several times and they could never give me a date when the work would be completed. If I had known how long it would be there I would have rented a vehicle. I was basically without wheels for 26 days. I’m not at all pleased.

My brand new beautiful Land Rover was rear-ended at a red light. I had not even made my first payment on it yet. I was so upset. However, Oscar from Dan's Paint and Body was amazing! From the beginning, he explained in great detail what work was needed on my vehicle. When I arrived at Dan's Paint and Body to drop off my vehicle, Oscar quickly greeted me and got "the ball rolling". In minutes, the rental company came and picked me up and I was quickly back on the road again. During the time my vehicle was in the shop, Oscar kept open and frequent communication with me on the progress of my vehicle. In no time, my vehicle was repaired to look shiny and new again. The work done on it was perfect. The entire staff at Dan's Paint and Body are all very friendly & professional. Not to mention the waiting room and offices look like a museum. That in itself was an adventure. I would highly recommend Dan's Paint and Body in Tucson, AZ. Ask for Oscar. He goes over and beyond the call of professional customer service. Thank you.

A super crew at Dan’s! Richard and Oscar were very professional and skillfully guided me through the collision repair process on my 2023 Tesla. From dealing with insurance to ordering parts and completing the repair they did it all without a flaw. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them!

Estimated maybe about a month wait for my car to be completed, ended up being barely over 2 weeks so that was nice! Also made accommodations because my insurance agent sucks and my appointment was never confirmed, they were able to get me into a cancellation much sooner than if i had to just make a whole new appointment which was great because it had already been about 4.5 months since the accident at that point. Car looks great, paint job looks great they even fixed a few scuffs unrelated to the accident and their paint jobs come with unlimited warranty! So, overall great service glad I chose Dan’s; Im not from Tucson Im from Oregon, so I wasn’t sure who to go through to get my car fixed but Dan’s seemed like a good option and i am glad they ended up being soThe lady up front, Nataly (hope i spelt that right), is really nice too!

My car had damage on both sides. They repaired the damage to new condition, ahead of schedule, and even detailed it. Everyone was professional and friendly. I will not hesitate to use them again. My car is beautiful!

UPFATE: Took my car back for repair after a car wash damaged it. They were professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly. Brenda is the best! Thank you again. It is nice to have a repair shop you can trust.

Took a truck in for insurance claim, pointed out some damage to their inspector but he never wrote it down or marked so insurance never looked at it either and refused to cover it. Now I still have damage on two door panels after repair and they left some tape on a door they didn’t even work on. Good luck dealing with them, they are bad at their day jobs, no excuse for this incompetence when they charge thousands for body work.

Had work done to my RAM Cummins Dually.
Body and paint work was great.
Staff was friendly.
They had to replace a wheel also.
There was no air pressure in the tire.
Filled tire and by the time we got home had to put more air in the tire.
Took it to Big O tire the next day and come to find out when they replaced the wheel they forgot to install the valve steam gasket.
When I picked up the truck the battery wasn't fully charged and truck wouldn't start. Had batterys checked later and they were good.

The attention to detail is definitely not there it seems at this place.

I am very happy with the work that Dan's Paint and body performed on my vehicles. I had a Tesla model Y and Lexus lx570 repaired at their shop. The process was great and the work done was far superior then Caliber collision. Oscar, my service adviser was great! Always kept me in the loop, returned my messages promptly and treated me with respect. Highly recommend you have your vehicle repaired at Dan's paint and body!
