Dark Heart Tattoo and Expert Piercing Shop, Prescott AZ

This was the only place I could find in Prescott that would pierce the bridge of my nose. She did a perfect job and the customer service is amazing. You really need to choose this place!

I came to see about some piercings that are in a very sensitive area. Pamela, the owner, assured me and answered all my questions. I got both nipples pierced that day, great experience, it was done quick and easy. A month later I came back and got my VCH pierced. I was very nervous but she told me to do lots of research and I did so when I came back I was ready. That piercing was much easier than I expected it to be. It came out beautifully and I'm pleased with everything she did for me, I also need comfort because these are such sensitive areas. Thank you so much and I hope this helps anyone that needs it. It's worth it!

Couldn't have asked for a better crew and location. As soon as you walk in it feels like walking into a spa rather than a tattoo studio. For some people including myself that definitely takes the edge off. The staff that assisted me were very kind and easy going. We had a good time and it made the whole experience that much better. Had a great experience getting my ear lobes pierced. Only had to fill out a little paperwork with help from Tim and then they got right to the piercing. Whole process was quick and painless and I got to hold a stuffed unicorn while they did everything.

Phenomenal experience, the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. My piercing came out beautifully and was virtually painless. The piercer was very gentle and explained every single step. Their selection of standard earrings had lots of choices in many colors and metals. I will definitely be going back.

I came in after the 30 days and explained my situation. They were SO HELPFUL! They replaced my peircing at no charge and retaught me about how to save my nose peircing since i put myself through truama myaelf all last night. I am So Thankful! I had a piercing in both ears and both of them got trapped in my ear. It was painful and annoying. I'm new to the Prescott area and was nervous about seeing someone new for my piercings. I'm also very skittish and hate blood. But when I came here the very professional staff helped me through it and got my piercings unstuck. And it was completely painless. I was also given helpful advice on how to take care of my piercing. Def always coming back.

To be honest, I chose this shop on a whim by comparing reviews of a few shops in the area. Hands down the best decision EVER! I was highly impressed from the initial phone call all the way to the end result. The shop has a very different vibe than other tattoo/piercing shops, more of a spa type atmosphere, which was very calming and relaxing. The professionalism was top notch. I appreciated being walked through every step of the piercing and being shown the sterile equipment. I WILL be back for my tattoo very soon!
