I’ve never had such a positive experience with my computer issues than with Brad and Brian @ Data Doctors. From taking my old computer and cleaning it then transferring all data to my new computer and not having junk included. Top notch for sure and very pleasant too!

I came here because I purchased a new laptop that had stopped working after a handful of times. I was charged roughly $80 to get a diagnostic of “McCafee was colliding with the sleep settings. ” A easy fix right? They said if I signed up for their membership (another $120) they could fix the issue. When I expressed I just needed the antivirus uninstalled they denied helping me if I did not commit to their yearly service. Very, very disappointing experience and will not recommend nor visit again. Not to mention, they said it was working and as soon as I got home it still was not.

Really did a good job fixing my wifes laptop, for the price they quoted me.

Brendin was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent finding a replacement computer and transferring my documents. The service received was very valuable and priced reasonably considering the condition of my computer and data. Thank you for getting me up and running again! I will certainly consider services in the future and recommend to others.

I feel like that place is a scam the employees trying to sell stuff we don’t need and charge for stuff that not even apply to my computer. Regret that I ever stopped there
