I was introduced to Data Doctors by a friend and was extremely happy and satisfied by the professionalism of both Don and Jess, their knowledge and willingness to help was greatly appreciated additionally the swift return of my equipment was in a timely manner.

After telling me my computer wasn’t worth repairing (GPU, Graphics card, MOBO wasn’t working) they were kind enough to go through multiple websites to help me find another prebuilt within my budget and even offered to help me find parts if i was interested in building one! Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They definitely make you feel welcomed and will go above and beyond! I’ll definitely come back for any future repairs or issues i have with computers.

These guys really know their stuff! In addition, they are straight shooters. When my machine straightened itself out by itself while they had it overnight, they told me that and wouldn't charge me.

Very fast and affordable. Don answered all of my questions, engaged in conversation, and identified/fixed the issues quickly.

Overall experience was professional, but I also felt like I was at a friend's house asking for help with my computer.

I have been advised of what is cost effective for my needs and not just upsold for kicks. I appreciate this very much. Seems simple, but BestBuy will have you buy everything and it's adapter and then the computer will fry from over working.)

Jessica and Don took very care of my computer. I'm a real estate agent, I needed my computer back asap. They got it back as quickly as they could. My hard drive was fried. I was very impressed with their service and their knowledge.

The laptop we brought in for repair needed a new plug-in part. That part was only available on eBay. The part wasn't guaranteed to work, and it wasn't cheap. Data Doctors let us know this the next morning and recommended that we not spend our money on something not in our best interest. We felt they were honest and caring about us. I would highly recommend this business to anyone, these technicians know their job well, they are fast, and have your best interest in mind.

Took in my Lenovo computer for an annual checkup. Computer was scanned for viruses and any other malware. All viruses and malware were removed. In addition, the technicians made sure that all software updates not on my computer were uploaded. Great job and I was very pleased! Received my computer back in 2 days!

The customer service here is top tier. Their communication with updates and answers to your questions are clear and consistent. I was extremely pleased in the amount of time my phone calls and emails were returned or replied to. I definitely will be back if I have any other technical issues! Thank you guys!

I normally don't waste time reviewing businesses. 1 star seems to much for this place. Don't bring your equipment here. I brought in my laptop for a software upgrade then I get a phone call saying that they can't put it back together because the battery is old and swollen. First of all. Why did they open it? All I needed was a software upgrade. Even after not trusting them I agreed to a new battery. The worst part of my experience was that they completely and absolutely scratched my screen and didn't take responsibility for it.

Had problem with a printer, instead of just taking my money, they told me right away that I'd be better off buying a new one rather than paying to fix that one. After some googling, found that parts alone were almost as much as new. Thanks for saving me the time and money of repairing an out of date printer!

Price, customer service, and professionalism was excellent! My computer is up and running excellent once again!

They are respectful, courteous and take time to explain. The only place we trust to take care of our computers.

They guy working is great! He is quick to give accurate and honest information. Even if it means that I am not spending money there.

Too expensive. Put a version of Windows 10 Pro and many of my programs won't run with it. Should have asked me first!
