Not a very good place to get Repairs done Also was not a very structured business Worked there twice And reliable business owner and shop coordinator

I unfortunately got to close to shallow area and pulled a rock and bent my impeller.
I called Dave's around 6: 30pm and he was towing my jetski 20 minutes later.
Took the jetski to his shop and immediately started working on it, pulled the impeller out and he was showing me the damage.
I picked up the jetski first thing in the morning and back in the water.
No time lost during my four day stay in bullhead.
I think it was Dave's kid that help me out,

Rude, disrespectful, verbally abusive. Took weeks to do repairs when shop was closed because mechanic was passed out. Complained that they were too busy but the shop is closed for days at a time. Do not use them Todd is extremely rude

It's a scam. He will charge you an additional 2k for "damages". Guaranteed!

Very professional and friendly staff. Great prices on jetski rentals. Would highly recommend Dave's jet ski rental, I will be coming back in the future!

Don’t trust these people they will have you put down a security deposit only to tell you it does not cover you for nothing they kept my security deposit and on top of that charged me 600 dollars for a jet ski that supposably went bad for having water in it! They have a American flag in the front don’t be fooled they talk there native language amongst them when they are conducting business! Total scam!

Rented a couple of jet skis. They overcharged for damage that was already there. There are professional con artists.
Stay away from these thieves. Very Unethical

These guys are cons stay far away these guys. We rented a boat and deliberately lunched the boat right off their ramp straight in Shallowaters and charged us for damages for there doings! Please stay away rent elsewhere.

BE-AWARE! I do NOT recommend this place to NOBODY! They ask for a deposit to rent the 2 jetski’s $400 besides the $600 for the day and then want to charge $85 for every 1inch of a scratch we get there and he says you scratch the side it’s gonna run you about 1800 and I’m treating you like family man f**** you and your family don’t want to be a part of it! Worst of worst out to get you for your money! BEAWARE

I wish I could give a negative 10 star. With that being said, extremely poor experience and very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. To start, they couldn’t locate the “reservation” for nearly an hour while waiting for other person to service other unsuspecting patrons. This sketchy place should be passed on when looking for rentals in the area. If anything happens they will NOT work with you on any refunds or partial charges whatsoever. They will waste your time, the jet skis were not new and ultimately could not be used due to other unforeseen circumstances. A “reservation” per the establishment constitutes a “full day charge” or “however they see fit” no matter what happens. Do NOT trust this place. Also, listing says they have “Marine Repair” and I witnessed all inquiring patrons being turned away and “referred to a friend”. False advertising and a scam if you ask me. Find another place and pay more for your sanity elsewhere. Beware of this scam artist.

Rented two jet skis for $700 each and ended up paying additional charges of $1,250 for minor scratches. I had taken a video before and showed him after how it was normal wear and tear. BE AWARE! Your simple rental can turn into thousands with this guy, charging $85 per inch of damage. This was my first time and I will not come back again.

I would give this 5 stars but let me explain my experience first. Rented 2 jet-skis around 1030am and the process was a bit long but eventually got situated in the water around 12pm. First jet ski in the water no problem waited for my friend to get docked off for the second one and right when we took off his jet ski started to beep and say warning, So we decided to head back to the dock and call the store where we rented them from while we were waiting the second jet ski started to beep and flash warning and let me remind you that it has not been even 45 minutes in the water. So eventually a driver takes us back to the store and they get us another 2 jet-skis it was already 2pm. The store clerk apologized about the delay and made it right after we got both jet skis and extended our time on the water from 5pm till 7pm. Overall I had a great experience from this renter they corrected the problem/mistake and gave us a pleasant time on the water.

Took my Boat to Dave's after talking on phone and he saying he could fix my small problems. After 2 weeks and $725 the boat still is not running. Major carburetor issues now that were not there before. When I took the boat back to get it fixed, Dave himself said that he did not have time to fix just the carburetor that he already worked on. Basically just blew me off. Already paid him over $700 and now have to find another place to truely fix my boat. I would never recommend Dave's to anyone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO DAVE'S if you want to use your boat.

Started out great. Kept the boat 2 days longer than quoted. Paid $700 for what he said we're minor problems but there were many of them. Had the boat out one day. That's all we got 1 day. Took it back to him, he said it was the carburetor and he would have it done the next day and if not, for sure in 2 days. Those days pass with no communication and he never touched it. We ended up retrieving our carbourator without it being fixed. Once he has your money he has no further concerns about his work. He just kept taking the jobs that would profit him the most rather than fix something for someone who had already paid
