I waited until I was fifty to fix the bump on my nose and downturned tip. While I wish I would have done it sooner, I could not be happier with Dr Hecht’s work. I love my new nose - so natural and just perfect. I was referred to Dr. Hecht by three different people who I trust, and they were right. I am so grateful for his attention to detail (he is known for this) and his ability to create the right nose for my face. Glad I trusted his expertise. I also really liked his staff. I would text them with post surgery questions and they were really nice, patient and so responsive.

After multiple consultations for my rhinoplasty, I finally reached Dr. Hecht's practice. I was referred to him by another otolaryngologist that is no longer performing surgery, and after meeting him, I immediately booked my procedure. Dr. Hecht and his staff were incredibly thorough in what the procedure would entail as well as managing my expectations. There was virtually no pain associated with my surgery and recovery, and Dr. Hecht's staff was always available for any questions I had. I absolutely LOVE my nose now and couldn't be happier with the results. This was my first experience with plastic surgery, and with Dr. Hecht's knowledge and experience specializing in facial surgery, I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Dr Hecht performed a rhinoplasty for me. During the consultation he showed me before and after photos and I must say the after photos do not even do it justice. It looks SO much better! The office staff is phenomenal, I always appreciate a well run office that communicates professionally. I highly recommend Dr Hecht and his team!

I am living proof of Dr. Hecht’s amazing blessed genius. My left nostril and part of my nose were recreated from my right ear and the covering nose skin is from my forehead. I tell this to people and they look at me like I’m crazy, cause you would never know and this was recently accomplished in October of 2021, following my 2nd mohs surgery for nasal skin cancer. Not only is he humble and ever so kind, but so is the expert team of ladies within his office…I’ve gone through countless medical procedures in my 62 years of life and have never encountered such a compassionate, caring & skilled support team…. From my initial informational phone call with Christie; to the ease of coordinating surgery dates with Veronica; and then his surgical assistant Megan, who is always there filled with comfort and support; to my after care with Angela, his amazing aesthetician. Dr. Hecht is double board certified as an ENT and as a plastic surgeon!
This gives him a huge edge over the traditional facial plastic surgeon. You will not find anyone more skilled to operate from the neck up. He is a master…the DaVinci of plastic surgeons.

Dr. Hecht is AWESOME. I had a rhinoplasty done 10 years ago and he did a beautiful job. As I’ve gotten older, my nose has continued to grow and I’ve had it accidentally hit once or twice. I went in to get a liquid rhinoplasty and he was able to make it look so straight and even and gorgeous. He is magic with a needle. I also got lip injections done and oh are they GORGEOUS. It’s so nice having pretty, full lips that are evenly proportioned to each other and to my face. I’ve always been afraid of lip fillers because I didn’t want to look unnatural, but Dr. Hecht was able to make them beautiful and full and even but just as if I was born with it.
The staff is amazing too. Very kind and friendly and easy to work with. My technician was so personable and conversational.
I would highly recommend Dr. Hecht to anyone considering surgery or a cosmetic procedure. He is an artist and a master at it.

Dr Hecht and his staff were amazing! I had an unusual deformity with the cartilage of my nose "caving in". I did not realize this was an unusal or complicated problem. Dr Hecht came up with a solution and my surgery went as planned with no complications. I am thrilled with my results and I am 3 months post op. I had minimal pain. I loved working with the staff. I highly recommend Dr Hecht and his team. He came highly recommended to me, and the RNs at the surgicenter were very complimentary and said they would pick him to be there surgeon too. I had rhinoplasty done in November 2021 by Dr. Hecht. I am 41 years old and have always hated my nose. When I went in for my consult, the entire staff was incredibly kind and generous with their time. Dr. Hecht did a rendering of what my future nose could look like after surgery and his staff answered all of my questions. I felt incredibly comfortable in his hands and the day of surgery, I knew everything would be ok. A week later when my cast came off, I cried tears of pure joy. I was amazed with the results and could not believe that was my nose. Dr. Hecht and his staff are the best around. I am so grateful to him for boosting my confidence and giving me the nose I always wanted.

I was surprised to have spent well over $11,000 for a revision rhinoplasty with poor outcomes as the result. This rhinoplasty was nowhere near what was explained to me what to expect. Everything I asked for was the opposite. After the cast was off, I had a droopy and bulbous nose that pretty much looked the same as before the rhinoplasty! I am extremely disappointed and would not recommended this doctor for women who are over 35 years-old. I notice quite a difference depending on how old his female patients are with their end results. If you’re under 35 years-old and as sharp as a marble he will give you your dream nose at a low cost! If you’re over 35 years of age and well educated, Dr. Hecht will give you mediocre results and you will pay a hefty fee for the not great end result! As a busy well educated and professional female, I highly recommend to do lots of research before wasting a lot of precious post-op down time, and take your money elsewhere!

Dr. Hecht is AMAZING! I was always so insecure about my nose. My friend referred me to Dr. Hecht and I am so happy she did! I am almost 6 months post op, and my nose gets better every day. Little to no pain in the recovery process and the results are even better than what I hoped for!

DO NOT GO. David Hecht has terrible bedside manner and treated me like I was wasting his time. Every interaction I had with this man he seemed annoyed and preoccupied. I ignored it because I really wanted my rhinoplasty. During our initial consultation I had ONE question/request. It was am I getting a catheter because I do not want one. David seemed annoyed I asked that and he looked away nervously while explaining that I would not need one or get one because my surgery was going to be 2-4 hours and he only has a Cath placed on surgeries above 4 hours. So imagine my surprise when I go into surgery with underwear on and wake up naked. Also the surgery center was extremely thorough in explaining the steps of everything that was to occur at the surgery center. So why was that part left out? I do not think it is a coincidence that medical facilities commonly and frequently practice pelvic exams on women who are under anesthesia without their knowledge or consent. I asked David this on our followup the next day and he was stuttering and did not have an answer for me other than blaming me for not being clear enough in my request. Me and him both know that's a lie. David is a terrible surgeon due to his bed side manner. GO ELSE WHERE. Unless you're comfortable with them not being 100% honest and clear in what happens after they knock you out. 10/10 do not recommend. Look into Tod Hobgood, he is in scottsdale and has a longer waiting list but he has specific reviews on his fantastic bedside manner.

WOW. If you are looking to get a rhinoplasty, then you have come to the best place in AZ. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, the results and my overall experience. The staff were SO helpful and available whenever I had any doubts or questions. They educated me on what to expect before the surgery so that I felt confident and calm going into it (this is the only surgery I’ve ever had, so naturally I was nervous). They always reassured me and were so kind throughout the process! Dr Hecht is an artist. He gave me my dream nose and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty. The results are so natural yet made a huge difference! I love it and feel so confident and I’m only 2 weeks post op so I know it’s just gonna keep getting better! Thank you to the whole office for everything!

Overall amazing experience, the staff and Dr. Hecht were all very helpful and reassuring. I had a rhinoplasty and the recovery time and pain level were a lot quicker and easier than I had anticipated.

I had a rhinoplasty done and the results were even better than expected! A way easier surgery than I had expected too! Was able to get back to my normal routine fairly quickly!

I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Hecht. I am very pleased with my results. His team and he made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure, great bed side manner.
