Great experience. Bajit, the x-ray tech was awesome and Dr. Camarata was kind and personable. Highly recommend!

I was treated with dignity and respect by Dr. Camerata, the clinic manager and all staff. Dr. Camarata took time with me and thoroughly explained the rational regarding my treatment. I'm a 30+ year retired RN and I will continue to travel from Prescott to Scottsdale for the excellent care provided by Dr. Camarata.

Dr Camarata was great!
However, the list of failures from his staff was unacceptable and I canceled my surgery because of it!
I showed up for a preop injection with no instructions and the hospital had no idea who I was! Then I was told by the hospital register that the person had rescheduled me for the following week! WHEN was I going to be notified?
Even after I canceled my surgery, the surgery scheduler, after multiple calls, failed to cancel the surgery with my insurance company! She told me she forgot and was very rude on the phone.
My insurance company even called on my behalf with no resolution until I called and spoke to everyone I possibly could. Because of this, I was no longer able to get scheduled with another surgeon by the end of the year!
As someone who’s been a nurse a very long time, nothing about my experience was positive and the I can’t imagine how non-medical people are treated!

The doctor is awesome. Mt vista is horrible and care by discharge nurses inexcusable and I have complained o risk mgr.for abuses

Dr. Camarata, MD is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He's very patient, considerate and caring about what's happening, and why your needing his services. He takes nothing for granted. He talks to you and listens to your answers. Which I think is very important to be a GOOD DOCTOR, ACTUALLY A GREAT ONE.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Camarata for several years now. He is considerate and has a friendly bedside manner. I have had many physical ailments, especially bone issues. Dr. Camarata has never just given up on me, as others have.

Dr. Camerata is a dedicated, kind, and friendly doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable about orthopedics. He answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident with his proposed treatments for my knees.

Dr Carmarata is awesome! He performed a partial knee replacement last July and I am quite please with him as a surgeon as well as human! His thoroughness is amazing and his interaction with me is outstanding! Now his new patient is my wife! Highly recommend Dr Carmarata!

Wait time was really long today. It is usually not this bad. Dr Camarata is the greatest. Very easy to talk to. He has taken very good care of me.

I really like Dr. Camarata and have since he did a total left knee replacement for me in 2016. He’s caring and professional and so good at what he does. I have total confidence.
Since I wrote the above paragraph, Dr. Camarata has replaced my right knee. This one was done robotically. What a difference! It was so much easier to recover. I’m 6 wks out and ready to start easing into Pickleball playing. Once again, Dr. Camarata has done an amazing job. His staff made everything about going through surgery so much easier than I’ve ever experienced before. He’s really the best at knee replacements. Can’t say enough good about Dr. Camarata.

I have enjoyed working with Dr. Camarata, my only disappointment is in your portal application. No one answers it so you end up having to call or get another opinion or answer to your question.

My husband had hip replacement surgery. Dr. Camarata was friendly and caring, understanding of the severe pain my husband had been in for 2 years. We had consulted other surgeons and were unimpressed with them. Dr. Camarata got right on the case, we had a surgery date 2 weeks from initial consultation and all went well. His kindness and concern are greatly appreciated, and at 6 weeks the pain is gone and life is getting back to normal. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Camarata.

I want to share my experiences with Dr. Camarata and his staff. Some quick background. I have had 9 knee surgeries going back to 1980. I'm currently 68. I had 6 on the left and 3 on the right. By the time I saw Dr. Camarata in 2013, my knees were pretty much destroyed. He did a replacement on my right knee in 2013 and my left knee in 2014. From that date until now, the staff and Doctor Camarata could not have been nicer, more efficient and professional than they have been for every visit I made. Doctor Camarata took as much time with me as I felt I needed, answered all my questions and kept me on track to a 100% recovery. I was at a point where working out and playing hockey were at an end. With his encouragement to stay active and get back on the ice, I am playing 3 times a week, working out and staying in shape. I offer to answer any questions and show the results to anyone one of his patients that wants to see the videos showing my improvement. These TKR's were life changing for me. Through his office, I am open to sharing more to anyone that wants to contact me.

One of the best Doctors in Arizona. I’m 6 weeks out from a complete right knee replacement and I feel absolutely wonderful. In the beginning I had issues with the communication with the staff and my insurance but once I met Lori from Dr Camarata office everything was in place for surgery within days. I would highly recommend him.

The new office is fabulous! Per usual, the office personnel were spot on and, our favorite doctor, Dr. Camarata, was helpful, kind, and supportive, as he has always been. It is too bad that more docs are not like him! He is a jewel!
