Nicole was the best help we could have asked for on this day. The process was quick and easy and she helped us find the perfect dress!

Caitlin was incredibly helpful, patient and listened well to what my daughter was looking for in her wedding dress. She was attentive but not hovering, not pushy or salesy at all! The perfect dress was found on round 1 and she had my daughter try on 2 more dresses in similar styles to make sure there was no doubt about the dress chosen. I had some reservations about shopping for my wedding dress during the pandemic, but I was pleasantly surprised by how special the experience was, despite the extra precautions. My stylist, Taylor, spent the better part of an hour helping me find dresses that fit my tastes and was so pleasant and helpful the whole time.

I have had a a amazing experience for buying my dress and the alterations process. MaryAnn was awesome at helping me with all our requests.

Great location! Made an appointment a week before searching for a wedding dress. I was greeted upon entry warmly, our sales associate was kind, listened to what I was wanting & gave some great recommendations! She was good about paying attention to my budget as well so to not bring me any dresses she knew I couldn’t afford. I was treated kindly and they didn’t mind that I brought my kids. They even gave them bells to keep them distracted while I tried on gowns.
She let me try on as many as I wanted. Never rushed me once through the entire process (website said they only do appointments for an hour but I was there probably 2.5 hours.)
I am the most indecisive person & she really made me comfortable & enjoy the process of finding a dress without becoming overwhelmed.
My only caveat is that all of their try on dresses were huge and I had to be clipped like crazy to even see the shape of some of the dresses that I was trying on. Still giving them 5 stars simply because of the stylist that I had. She was a rockstar.
My dress will be ready in June to pick up which I am more than excited to see it & try it on in my size. I will definitely leave another review once I go back for alterations; however, this first experience was overall really amazing!

Not a great experience for myself & guests. The sales associate didn’t seem very enthused or excited about helping me on what’s supposed to be a fun, exciting & special day. It felt rushed, a bit overwhelming and disappointing. The sales associate wasn’t very helpful when it came to ideas, thoughts, pulling dresses based off her expertise. I found two great dresses, but unfortunately didn’t even want to give my purchase to this location or associate.

I came to this location for my mother's dress for my wedding. Sema'j was beyond helpful, personable and truly cares about other people. He gave us an experience we will always cherish! When we came for alterations Maria worked with us and she was beyond amazing as well. Such a sweet, caring woman. I am thrilled with my experience at this store. Thank you!

I just went here to get a dress for my big day and my stylist Sema'j Hood was exceptional! Really made me feel like a bride and I couldn't have asked for a better day! He is really personable and listens to your opinions!

Soma'J helped me find my perfect dress! He was such a great help to me and we had a great time having him as part of our day! He had a great, positive and funny attitude and was more then willing to help me and my bridesmaids with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend him to help you in your search for the perfect dress! He made me feel so special and excited about finding my dream dress, we will definitely be going back to him for our bridesmaids dresses!

I worked with a wonderful lady who helped me to figure out what it was that I really wanted. She was patient and told me not to worry about time even though I didn't finish until almost closing. Her name was Alexys and she made this experience everything that I hoped it would be. Definitely going back to her and having her help me again. Just a stellar experience!

Melody was amazing! She took great care of me and helped me put on every dress. She told me her honest opinion on the dresses I wasn’t sure about and helped me to pick the perfect weeding dress! Maria in alterations came out and was absolutely adorable. She helped me figure out what I needed to do for stamps and the train! They were all so friendly!
