I went to David’s Bridal to look for my dress for my November wedding in Tucson. I was matched with Bridal Consultant, Faydra. We looked through the racks and picked out 3 dresses right away based on dresses I had seen online while browsing to prepare for the appointment. I tried on the first two dresses with one being a contender and the other a definite no. Faydra picked a wildcard dress, and it ended up being perfect! We matched it with a veil and belt and it looked amazing on me! It has a plunging neckline and modernized sparkle details throughout the train. My sister was also able to find her bridesmaid dress. After, signing up for the diamond loyalty program, I received 10% off all accessories and $20 of my sister’s dress!

Everyone in this store is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! My appointment wasn’t to try on a dress, however I saw a dress I wanted to try on for my bridal shower and they got me in. I would highly recommend this store.

My bridal appointment was not so great. My consultant Christina was not the greatest. She made me feel rushed and like I was an inconvenience to her. My hour long consult ended up being more like 20 minutes because of this. I literally only tried on 2 dresses. After cutting it short I moved on to looking for dresses with a few of my bridesmaids. I ran into Lou - who had helped me about 6 weeks ago, I actually had no idea she was a manager at the store. I was so happy to see her and slightly told her how unhappy I was with my bridal appointment and that I had moved on to bridesmaid shopping now. She sent a very sweet lady named Faydra who was so helpful and really seemed like she enjoyed helping us. She didn’t mind running back and forth to bring the girls similar styles of dresses they liked. She was so great and I am thankful we closed off our shopping experience with her.

Great experience, I never felt rushed. My future wife and I both found our outfits. She knew exactly how I wanted to be styled. Thank you jewl!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I BOUGHT MY WEDDING DRESS, MAID OF HONOR AND FLOWER GIRL DRESS. WHEN I WENT TO HAVE MY DAUGHTER THE FLOWER GIRL PICK HER DRESS, THEY MADE HER FEEL LIKE IT WAS HER DAY. SIMPLY AMAZING!

Not the best experience but not the worst. I was a little unhappy about my fitting. I paid hundreds of dollars to get my dress altered and the top didnt fit correctly. I had to pay more money for a half fix again. Not the worst experience, but it wasnt 100% awesome either. The staff was always friendly and nice and let me try on lots of dresses until i was satisfied.

My bridesmaid dress appointment went very well, I was shown great customer service and attentiveness. When I asked how to hide my bra I was shown a really handy trick! My final fitting and the dress fits perfectly!

I had a great experience. My stylist was helpful but didn’t appear to be listening to my wants at first. The first few dresses were nothing like what I had said I wanted. The third was better and the fourth was the dress I fell in love with. She was extremely helpful and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Nice atmosphere, cared about what I wanted rather than pushing a sale, dresses pricey but I'm sure if that's not an issue for you you will definitely find your dress here

Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful. I have been to other DB stores where the associates are cold and stand-off-ish, but everyone here has seriously been so warm and friendly and anxious to make my experience wonderful. My order came in early and my alterations were done well and on time. I highly recommend going to this store for all your bridal/prom needs!

Ordered the gown in July, received it in August, and just had the alteration fitting. Seamstress was easy to work with and will have dress ready to go in plenty of time. All around excellent service.

Had a great experience, didn't think I'd find the dress I love but within 45 min I found my dress. Tried on 3 and I knew the first one was the one. The consultant was beyond amazing! I went a little over my budget my 200 but it was worth. They accommodated the 6 people we had. The best experience!

Scarlett was amazing! She made sure that I got everything I was looking for and even took the time to help my 4yr old niece pick out dresses to try on.

I went in only planning to look at ideas for a dress having barely any idea what I wanted in a dress or even what style or color I wanted. But I left with a dress that I loved that was ordered and a beautiful veil and headband to match. I'm getting married in April of next year and now I'm excited to have a dress I love. Thank you!

I said, "Yes" to my dress at David's bridal! I am very happy with the professionalism and help I had with picking out my dress. Esther is truly an asset to David's bridal and knows how to pick out dresses that are flattering on all body types as well as how to accessorize the dress.

It's frustrating that they dont want you to try on even simple dresses without an appointment but the associate Robert was the only saving grace for our experience. He was wonderful!

I went there and tried on at least 6 dresses at first. I thought I wasn't going to find anything. But Stevi picked a dress for me and it was perfect! I bought it immediately! She is the best! She knew what would look good on me and I said yes to th dress! She listened to me and was extemextr nice, as well as all staff. I was completely blown away and super comfortable. Definitely will recommend people!
