I stopped in today for vacuum belts and roller brushes. I really appreciate the service I received, excellent customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Deanna and Joseph were so great to work with. When I moved here last year I brought my Riccar vacuum in for a tune up. They checked out the entire unit and replaced what was needed. Just brought it back in as one of the seals on the door needing replacing. The part had to be ordered and would take some time coming from the Midwest. They called me within a week and let me know it came in. It took just a few minutes and I was all set. My two experiences have been great and I would highly recommend this store.

Made a call to them, man said bring it in and we will look and let you know what is perhaps needed, cost $80.00 to do that. So I took my $300.00+
Cordless Dyson in that afternoon. The lady was so rude. Said since it was 4 years old it was broken not to be repaired. She went on and on. She never looked at it. I guess she was not having a good day.
I picked up my vacuum and left. Will never go back there. This was July17,2023.

David's Vacuum in Scottsdale has always been helpful and knowledgeable when I have needed their services. DeAnna has managed this store to function effectively and courteously.

DeAnna was very professional and her knowledge of vacuums was very helpful in making my decision for my own personal vacuum.

Best place for keeping your Oreck running. Been going here for years since their old location. Always helpful and honest. They will tell you what the problem is and provide cost/time. Was in recently and just needed a part, fixed runs like new now. They also have supplies in stock.

They do sell many vacuums and while some are pricey, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. You won’t find the normal retail lines here. When the current vacuum finally stops, I will buy another one from this store.

Purchased a new vacuum from Deanna (180) last June and have visisted the store several times since then. Deanna has always been courteous, professional and thorough. Returned said vacuum for service a few days ago. Would purcase there again.

I had a repair needed on a floor scrubber recently. I dropped it off and they shipped it and called me after a bit to pick up my item. It was replaced and the new one works great. I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I took my older Oreck to the Scottsdale David’s vacuum store because it just needed a new cord. It was pulling out of the handle and was unsafe to use. The vacuum itself worked great. The lady who helped me, I think her name was DeAnna, said my machine was too old to repair and she had no idea where she would even order the part. She proceeded to sell me a new Oreck, and I bought the lowest priced one. There is a David’s store in Chandler, and I took the old one there just to see what they said. The gentleman immediately said they could fix it and quickly pulled up the part to order on his computer. I did have them replace the cord because we have a tri-level home, and I plan to leave the older one on the top level. Three cheers to the Chandler store for top notch customer service. I will never go to the closer Scottsdale store again.

We brought our Oreck vacuum in expecting to get it serviced. It became clear this place is not what it used to be. They exist only to sell you a new vacuum. The lady who welcomed us in the store gave us a list of stuff that our vacuum needed that totaled in excess of $400 without even inspecting it. She then showed us several options for new vacuums that we could purchase for a mere $1,000. I took my old vacuum home and cleaned it out myself. It works perfectly now.

Pay careful attention to the reviews on this company. The positive ones are only from customers who purchase new vacuums. They will be sorely disappointed when they bring it back in for service in a few years.
