I know this is the only place my mom goes to. My mom's braids Always look professional everytime she steps out of the salon.

Nadine is so sweet! I’m super tender headed and she was gentle as she could be. She was so patient and stayed to braid my hair. Definitely would recommend.

I was in and out within 2 hours, I got single braids with 3 ladies on my head and they were very attentive to My needs.

I made a same day appointment for 4 p.m. For small knotless box braids and they confirmed my appointment and my request via text. I arrived on time and brought my own hair. In fact, I brought multiple packages of hair. There were two women there. I told them again what I wanted. One woman said that she didn’t have time to do small box braids because she had to be at work at 7 p.m. But she could do medium braids. I said ok. Then she told me that the other woman couldn’t do knotless braids. After traveling 40 minutes to get there, I was annoyed that they weren’t up front about this when I made the appointment but I let them install medium box braids.
One person braided fast, but neatly and the other was slower and not so neat and they finished a few minutes after 7 p.m.

But why did they: charge the me same amount as small knotless box braids; keep the extra packages of hair that I brought with me; and ask me for a ride to their other job? Seriously?

I’ll teach myself how to braid hair before I go back there.

Took my son here the day before his high school graduation because the person he had been seeing changed locations without notifying us. When we arrived, there were 3 women working on one woman's braids. We would have been better off if we had just left then, but my son had planned to have his hair done for graduation. After waiting probably 30 minutes or longer, they finally finished, and come to find out the lady in the chair also worked there. One of the women called my son over and just started woeking on his hair. Two cornrows in, she asked if small rows were okay and my son said it was fine. Only then did they tell me it would be $120 which is ridiculously overpriced, and from what I can see of some other reviews, the standard price they give you no matter what. We stayed because again, graduation hair. I was absolutely mortified when I noticed that the lady working on my son's hair was PUTTING THE PICK SHE USED TO PART HIS HAIR IN HER OWN HAIR to hold it while she wasn't using it. Come on, people! If you don't know the person doing your hair, that's just nasty and extremely poor hygiene and business practices! There were also no sterilizing containers to be seen, so that means there were probably tons of peoples' skin cells on the pick that touched my son's head. By that time she was almost done. When I went to pay THEN they told me they only take cash. I had to send my son next door to the gas station to pull out cash. Absolutely unsanitary conditions! Would not recommendand definitely will not be back.

My braids unraveled a few days after I got my hair done. I returned to the shop for a touch-up and AGAIN my braids came out again less than a week later. Unfortunately, the business owner refused to refund my money. I would recommend looking for another business in town.
