5Very good service today. The person helping us today was on the ball. Knew his job. Did his job very well. We had an appointment. We were seen when we arrived a few minutes early. Very well done.
Literally the worst mpf I ve had to deal with. Their appointment system is terrible. Tried to call to make an appointment but they only do it via their online service that doesn't work. Walk in hours are a joke
If you don't sign in by 0800 you will not be seen. Kiosk shuts off at 0800. Appointments can be made online but everything is booked for weeks ahead. So, come way way way before 0730 because the line is insane to get signed into the kiosk. I'm sure the people are great but I wouldn't know seen I can't get service.
Worst place to try and get ID replaced or updated. Have to book at least 1.5 months ahead, walk-in’s are totally impossible to do since you have until 0800 to check in but the gate will not let you in until they can verify and the ID section does not even open until 0730. The DMV operates more efficiently then this place.
This place is a joke, walked in at 1400 to see if I could get my daughter her first id. Four people standing around at a cubicle doing absolutely nothing. They say walk in hours are from 0730-0800. We have 30 minutes to walk in…. They said they are busy with appointments and I said I can see that with no customers in this office and four of you standing around talking. Worst base for MPF I have ever seen.
