Horrible service, fix your potato quality telephones please. I cannot hear what the woman on the phone is saying and I can hear a rude tone from her.

First of all it popped up asking me what I thought of the company! I didn't go searching this out. Lol

When I first started services everything seemed great, the one's who were on my case were attentive, now, that I was switch to another person to take over my case, he is a liar and procrastinator. He act like when I call in he was always about to call me, and he just lack empathy, personable and professional skills. I want my old representative back if I can. This guy is a joke. I don't even know what is going on and I don't get follow up emails or calls from my new rep like I did with my old team of representatives. Will not recommend this service to nobody and my doctor don't feel comfortable working with advocates, and I am left trying to look for a lawyer, after my new advocate or rep said he would have that addressed. Sad and it doesn't help me none giving I am already stressed out because the process this guy assigned to me makes it worse. I don't even recall his name because we barely engaged in much conversation about my case. GET BETTER ADVOCATES!

I was represented by Jose Garza. He won my case during my first application. During the process, Mr. Garza kept me up to date on my case status and even provided me with his cell phone number so I could call him anytime I had an issue. I have referred friends and family members to him because he is the best.

They did not keep in contact whatsoever, a lot of phone tag often. I was never prepared for any hearing.never had one.my denial letter claims I waived it. Why would I do that. Anytime I asked what was going on no one new, I called and asked what proof was sent and didn't know.said the disability office was not answering their calls. All I know is besides the first person I spoke with that this is the worst place to go to for ur disability. My son who desperately needs this was denied again because of their incompetence. Said I would have a lawyer work with me and someone help prepare for a hearing. Not waive it from me. I have found someone that do what is right. Good LUCK if u choose these people
