Getting the annual A/C checkup can be pretty frustrating. David P.made my day so much better. I was able to see photos of my A/C unit which is on the roof. Along with informative recommendations, I feel very good about the up coming summer. Thank you David and Day & Night.

We had been with Orangatan home services since installation of the Trane HVAC in 2010. They lost their professional edge many years ago and had purely sales motivated service people. I am so happy in this day and age to find Day and Night! Ivan was very kind, courteous, efficient, clean and explained options and needs upfront. What a hard worker! I feel confident that my old A/C is in its best shape to take on the summer in Phoenix. Day and Night will always have my business if all their staff is as good as Ivan. A+

They installed new HVAC system. Quality of the equipment and skill or the installers was immediately obvious. They did another job for me at previous home a couple of year ago same great result.

Excellent, knowledgeable technician; methodical, polite, and communicative. The root cause was found to be from external agitation which he repaired, tested, and protected from repeat in the future. Weekend repairs are Expensive, but my AC always breaks at 11PM on Fridays, and it is PHX, after all. Late response, but Will recommend.

My appointment was at 7am. And exactly at 7am, Justin arrived. Refreshing to have appointments kept on schedule. He was thorough in his evaluation and research of the issues. He provided estimates with no pressure sales (double bonus) and provided information on the shelf life of certain pieces of equipment, which encourages preventative maintenance at a cost hundreds if not thousands lower than waiting for the part to fail and replace. Been there, hated that. Looking forward to using them again for work!

Day and Night is for sure the company to call. Eddie is awesome, polite, professional and very good at his job. Both Day and Night and Eddie is should be should be glad to have eachother.

Outstanding service! Joe the plumber is not only an expert plumber, he is an artist! I have never had a hot water heater installed so perfectly and so professionally. I also must add that he is a great guy.

I had Day and Night come out to give me a second option on the problem, I was having with my water heater. Josh Perry came out from Day and Night. Josh was on time, well groomed an very professional about our water heater issues. He heard all our concerns and gave us a very reasonable quote. His quote was 50% less than our first quote.

The 24-hour service was outstanding. They made some suggestions I could try again n my own first and then gave me an expected time frame. The service technician was there several hours ahead of schedule, was super courteous and provided a lot of tips and suggestions prior to leaving.

Josh Perry was very professional. He arrived at the stated time and fixed our issue quickly. The next day we had an emergency water issue unrelated to the previous days work and again Josh arrived earlier than estimated and quickly repaired the water issue. Day & Night Air Conditioning has the best service! When I called to set an appt, they were so nice, attentive and listened to what my needs were. When the serviceman Kevin came out, he couldn't have nicer or more helpful. I learned a lot from him. Our unit is over 22 years old, instead of trying to sell me a new unit, he helped me with ideas to keep it running smooth. He went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend Day & Night!

We have used Day and Night for several years now and been very pleased each time. Derek F was our technician today and he took the time to explain necessary repairs in the near future. No pressure to move forward immediately but rather informed us to discuss and give a call when ready to schedule.
