Shop does not schedule customers, assumes customers will wait while they fall behind on routine services. Not friendly towards new customers.

Horrible employees.rude and disrespectful. More like Negative stars.they need new employees. ‍️

I had them change my oil here and a month later my engine started knocking and to this day the knocking is just getting louder I wouldn't go here

Was hoping to run into my buddy cowboy but the young guy who repaired my tire was curtious n friendly. Did a great job

Not likely to stop off here for any repairs the owner an the guys who work here are an uncertified bunch they seem to just guess and change parts no real work and over charging to customers. I've seen the own talk to customers an turn around and bad mouth then 2 min after over charge them for work or services not even performed.again unlikely to stop here for any work on my vehicle. I would say simply use this shop at own risk.no certified techs on hand.

Had a flat tire repaired. The work was quick, professionally done, and painless. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. First, when I entered the office no one was at the front desk. I also had to inquiry about the pricing twice. Second, the mechanics could be a little more friendly. It wouldn't hurt to look the customers in the eyes, shake their hands, and say, "Thank for your business. In the future if you are ever in need of automotive services or repairs please remember us, and we'll see what we can do. " For that reason, its 3 stars.

The service is grate. I go here all the time and when I have a problem with my vehicles I always ask Rob.

Day's Custom repaired our flat tire in record time and for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Got us back on the road without any stress or hassle!

Depends on who's working on your vehicle, make sure you double check your vehicle if they put back all the parts together before you leave. I don't know if they intentionally don't put it back or just forgot it. This happened to me twice. When I ask told them.some of them thought it was funny.what the *%$#@!

Joseph really helped me out as I was stranded. He tried different techniques and decided on one that worked and got me back on the road. Very cool very helpful.
