Was looking to get a ring turned into a pendent for a necklace that I owned. Found this shop via word of mouth. Phenomenal. Lorin is a master of his craft, knowledgeable, kind, funny, & has great customer service.

The ring was special to me, but made from high karat gold. Therefore, it warped pretty badly after wear. Lorin salvaged it by turning it into a pendent, & even got creative to make it even sturdier for a great price. He really cares about the jewelry as if it is his own & tells you in great detail what he will do to get to the final product.

I highly recommend this shop, they got a customer for as long as I live in the East valley. Thanks again Lorin, you rock!

Today my fiancé and I went to Day’s Fine Jewelry with an open mind on wedding bands for our wedding in January. We weren’t sure what to expect since we haven’t been into a jeweler before but I feel like we are in great hands with Lorin and his wife.

Lorin was wonderful going through expectations, what kind of rings would suite our stones (we brought in family heirloom rings to make new ones) and it was a really pleasant experience.

We’re just getting started in the process but I had to review because our experience going through options, quotes and expectations really set ourselves at ease with our wedding being soon.

Thank you Lorin!

Lorin and Ginger were extremely kind and professional. Lorin made a flawless and beautiful ring. He finished the ring quickly and gave me an incredible price! He went to great lengths to ensure it was a quality ring that my wife would love. He consulted me on different gems and styles, and exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond! The kind service and exceptional quality cannot be overstated.

Excited to have found a jeweler in my own neighborhood that has an amazing level of service and knowledge of timepieces. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone that is in need of their many services. Got my timepiece sized and properly fitted swiftly and for an extremely fair price.

If you love your jewelry, do not go here to get it fixed. I went to this Jeweler in March 9th to see if he would be able to fix my engagement band that had a small crack in the band. I also wanted to get my rings soldered together so they don’t move as much.

I got to meet Lauren while I was there. I assume he was the owner.

Lauren said that my ring was built wrong from the very beginning.

He said that if I were HIS daughter he would suggest to replace the whole band on the wedding band, and then he would straighten out the engagement ring. Because it was built crooked.

He said he would have to straighten the ring regardless if I wanted them soldered together.

He said that the band as is would wear down after 5 years, the prongs on the ring are eroding already.

He showed me my ring next to the white gold rings he makes in his shop and his were super shiny.

Lauren said it would be around $500
-600 to fix all of it, and most other places would quote me $800 or maybe more.

When I told Lauren I needed to appeal with my husband about the price of the repair he dropped my rings on the counter with no care. Like he was mad at me or something.

I asked for mine fix, Lauren decided to tear my whole wedding set apart. A set that I specifically chose myself. The way he spoke about the jewelry made it very clear that he would not be touching my rings at all. If you are looking for a fair place to do good work with out making you upset about your wedding rings, I would suggest going to the Jewelry counter at Lee Lees Market place. That’s where I took my wedding rings after Lauren made me feel so upset. They did everything Lauren wanted to do and even resized my ring (which is something I didn’t even get to with Lauren) for $183 (that’s with tax, before tax it was $175.) Super worth it to me and my ring looks brand new.
