Night staff were very helpful. Day staff at the front desk were not courteous and felt annoyed by the guests. Electrical fire filled one building with a nasty smoke smell. If you don't mind crickets poorly lit walkways and staring at grand avenue its a good choice

I loved it there! I didn't stay at the Hotel but I stayed at the RV Park. Very quiet. Has bathroom with showers and laundry facilities. And the girls at the front desk are amazing!

Hotel wasnt too bad room was outdated but i dont really care about that what i care about is the service first night the lady was really nice somewhat overly nice so no problem there but then the day we were checking out i woke up that morning at 5am and noticed a missed call from the hotel so i called back and she answered and i stated who i was dont know if the lady heard me or not but repeated herself guess she didnt hear me and hung up so then i looked at what time they had called which was at 10: 42pm for some reason so i decided to give calling another try to make sure everything was okay well this last time i called she answered and heard me and i stated who i was what room i was in and she asked what i needed so i said i was calling them back to figure out why they called and she was completely rude and said "well i dont know why they called so do you need anything "this" morning" i said no and she hung up on me well guess i wont be staying here again if they cant get some nice front desk help.

The room and bathroom was filthy, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and gnats were breeding in the overflow of the sink. The walls, Floor, coffee maker, and refrigerator were absolutely disgusting! The microwave looked clean. The carpet in the hall was filthy and its stunk like pet urine! I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and it was not to the level of disrepair that it is now. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The 2 cleaning ladies that I had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful!

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, changed rooms three times due to mechanical issues with each room. Pathetic excuse for a grab and go breakfast. Owner obviously doesn’t care about guests. ” STAY AWAY”

My family and me are in a room with no air! And it’s very uncomfortable, stuffy air does not work! And I have told the front desk more than one time and all the lady can say is they will get Maintenance, no I’m sorry for the Inconvenience or we will move you to another room. So my wife me and son and dog are in a room with no air and it’s hot outside so go figure what it’s like in here

Jayden, Becca and Robin really go the extra mile to make you're all set in all areas. These ladies are an example on how stellar customer service can be and are an asset to your team! Room and stay has been very comfy and relaxing. Definitely recommend this hotel and will also definitely book here again and again!

This place is ok but it desperately needs an upgrade/renovation. It lacks a lot of modern touches that other hotels offer. I would only recommend this place as a last resort.

AVOID at ALL COST. Booked a 2 bed room. They didn’t have one when checked in. Put us in a king with a pull out couch but the A/C didn’t work. This place is a dump.

My friend stays here quite often. He likes it there. Personally, the breakfast options could be better. At least some cereal, actual fruit, & bagels with cream cheese. They have few options available. But, the pool is nice & he likes the staff, so that's a plus. Thank you.

Hotels a little outdated the connecting bar is closed. Yhey do have a somewhat of a breakfast. The employees kind of make up for it cuz they're super cool and very helpful.

2 cockroaches crawling around when we opened the door to our room was the start and set the bar for this disgusting place. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The putrid/ fecal smell in the hallway and the room should have been enough, but the blood-ish looking stains on the carpet and the cockroaches crawling around on the floor upon opening the door was really gross. I would avoid staying here at all costs.

I am staying this hotel since last Friday for training class I attend in close by this hotel.
Today, I left room around 7 am and came back 4pm after class.
I put my laptop and phone charger in the cabinet drawers in the morning, so I looked for my laptop, it's gone. I called front desk immediately told her what happened, she said "I'm really busy right now can you call me back? " So I went to front desk told her my laptop is stolen, called housekeeping then "They are not allowed to touch inside cabinet. " So I asked" ls there any surveillance camera? " "Only police can look at it. So go ahead and file police report. " That's all. Very cold shoulder. And tried to speak to upper management he's not even here.
After I filed police reports, I called cooperate customer service, explained her what happened, she said something, I didn't get it so I said could you repeat please? Then she hang up on me!
I am very upset that not only my computer was stolen, made me feel horrible the way this hotel taking care of the problem.
I will never stay in this hotel again or Wyndham hotel period.

Horrible experience went to check in, front desk girl was clearly on something, very agitated as well as some of the guests. Wouldn’t let me check in after she said there was a 200 dollar hold on the room. After I had already paid. Came back the next morning, morning girl told me I could have paid hold even though the other girl told me she would not take my payment. So I was lied to. Beware if this hotel.

The rooms were very nice but the service wasn't to good I forgot my phone charger in the room called and told them and tried to go pick it up but they were no help just got BS from them

Was there during the crisis they were very great very helpful Cynthia was great the general manager there was great just a wonderful place to stay I wish I could have stayed longer thank you guys
