Days Inn by Wyndham Buckeye

The rooms were very dirty. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes with us. There was no ice bucket or cups and the toiletries were half used. The bedding has cigarette holes throughout. We used our points but they charged us anyway. We fought to get our money back but we did not get the overdraft fees back that we were charged since they charged our bank card plus they took our points away. We were booked for 2 nights but after the first night our cards no longer worked. We had to go into the office to get new cards.

Dirty room, sketchy people outside, smell of pine cleaner was very overpowering. Tv did not work, outlets on the wall did not work. Furniture in the room was rough cut wood painted glossy black. Dresser was broken. Would NOT recommend staying here.

I have stayed at Days Inn many times over the years and always had a pleasant visit. But this Days Inn located in Buckeye Az was the worst I have ever seen. The room was discusting and very cheap. Baseboards were missing, walls dirty, ironing board had no cover. The TV is a tiny little thing and only local channels which had lines moving up constantly on all 5 channels. Wall sockets covers were broken or missing. I honestly expected to see roaches crawling next. This motel needs to be leveled and rebuilt. Never again!

This hotel is one of the worse hotels I've stayed in by far it has stains all over the bed sheets had drops of paint on it the shower dripped ac was extremely dirty and smelt like mold when turned on fan in bathroom was hanging I slept on top of the sheets the room was very horrible for the price

Rooms bathroom is in terrible shape, needs some serious help. Have stayed here many times and it seems to keep going down hill yet the price keeps going up. Won't stay here again. I will try old town Buckeye or Goodyear instead and drive farther.

Y'ALL SUCK. GIVING OUR RESERVATION AWAY, TAKING OUR MONEY AND REFUSING OUR REFUND. Karen staff yelled at us for an hour, in the middle of the night. DONT GO HERE!

NO HOT WATER! Discrimination against Disability. My wife was re-injured last week, and barely hobbles. So I had some breakfast, made a piece of toast for her, and was rudely harassed for trying to take that slice to the room. Very rude! I took it anyway and challenge this manager to purse the matter…. Look in our truck windshield for the handicapped tag.

Reserved a room to attend a funeral. They sold the room to someone else and REFUSED to refund us the very high rate. (Very stubborn and unfriendly staff behind the front desk.) My other family staying there also complained about the dirty rooms and broken smoke detectors. Wyndham tells us this location is independent, so don’t expect to find any Wyndham quality just because their name is on this hotel. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They made our already sad weekend a disaster.

Unclean rooms that have been neglected, overpriced, really nothing good to say about the place.

The in room smoke detector appeared broken. Furniture surfaces were unclean. Other members of our party had their rooms sold out from under them. Appeared to be a fraud operation in place. Breakfast offering was extremely limited.
Noisy because of proximity to freeway.

Room smelled like cigarettes, we had insect on bathroom. We paid over 160$ that is really not adequate for something like this. Breakfast was also bad.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I had two rooms for two nights each. The following is feedback I gave the hotel in their survey. I apologize for the slight redundancy of my review.

The hotel rooms (I had 2) were abysmal. Toilet didn't flush properly, holes in the walls, furniture scratched by cats. Parts of the dresser missing. No clear picture on TV, just fuzzy static. Ceiling was bubbling from water damage. Drapes did not have all their hooks so they gaped open. No sheers behind the drapes and the window was ground level on the walkway. No way to get natural light and also have a bit of privacy.

There were only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth in a room with 3 people staying 2 nights. Completely insufficient. When I requested more at the front desk, I was told by Naam (not sure of spelling) that I had to find a housekeeping staff member and ask them.

I requested an extra blanket for the second night. The front desk attendant (a different person, didn't get her name) told me sorry, there were no extra blankets. Then a woman (later identified as the owner) stepped out from a small adjoining room. The front desk woman fumbled a question to her and the owner assured her that there are blankets and instructed her to follow to learn where. Ten minutes later, she arrived back in the lobby with the coveted blanket.

The breakfast was sparse. Many foods completely "out of stock" when I looked half way through the breakfast window.

100% will never recommend this place. I have already informed my local family that this place should not be recommended.

Toilet didn't flush properly. 2 bathtowels, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel for 3 people in one of the rooms. The other was similarly under stocked. When I requested more, I was met with a completely uncaring response instructing me to find housekeeping and ask them.

1 tiny bar of soap. Floor in bathroom gross around the edges. A piece of trash wrapped in toilet paper shoved in the air conditioning unit.

I'm in town with a crew of 7 workers for the next 8 weeks. We would have spent thousands of dollars here but the rooms are absolutely disgusting, the cleaning crew does not clean. $180 per night and nothing was wiped down from the previous guest. Do not stay here. We will be leaving and taking our money with us.

Not a good choice for what I paid. Breakfast non existence. Cereal only choice on A WEEKEND! Cate around 815, still 45 minutes till closing. Very disappointed i this hotel
Will need to look at another place in Buckeye area when we come down again. The one near where we live is way nicer.

Do not stay at this hotel, the room wasn't cleaned in between stays. A pair of men's underwear was hanging in back of the bathroom door. The shower and toilet wasn't cleaned and the sheets on the bed were super dirty.

I wish I could leave a negative star. Please do not stay here and fluah your good money down the toilet that doesn't flush. We reported this and the moldy, non-draining shower and lack of hot water to the front desk in person because they don't answer the phone; she smiled inanely and said she'd call the owner. They reported maintenance fixed it but it did not work. This place is filthy, sticky and old. Please read other reviews on Booking and Trip Advisor. I'm just shaking my head that this place is still operating.

I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me. I got ripped off for almost $200. I was told I was gonna get my money back and I didn't. The lady at the front desk that drives a car. With purple all over she's very very rude. She worried too much about her girlfriend.

Room needed to be dusted. Desk top was sticky.
Handicap accessible reservation was not honored.

Do NOT stay here! This hotel is running some sort of scam. I don't know how it has three stars and any good reviews because if you get on YELP all the reviews are much more honest and rated 1 star.
I had made a reservation at this place to stay nearby for a funeral and when I arrived at 3am (delayed flight) they had given away my room and charged me anyway saying I hadn't read the fine print on my reservation. So they are doing some sort of bait and switch to make double the money on their bookings. The staff are unfriendly and the interior of the hotel looks different than the online photos. It's very dirty. I also heard stories from family, of there being a shady booking website associated with this hotel that tacked on random fees. Really. Avoid staying at this place!

DIRTY DINGY ROOM. Toilet not bolted down, Shower paint chipping off larger than half dollar. Dirty bottle caps on floor. Furniture fresh from "free" at roadside, or fresh goodwill find chipped and dingy for "gag" practice.never had a WYNDHAM hotel so bad.
