The lady talked on her earpiece the entire time, my nails not the length I wanted, a man who worked there was very rude and argumentative with a customer, and the communication barrier was unimpressive! NEVER would I recommend them or go beck. I hate that I wasted my money!

I love DDs I been coming here for over ten years. DD, Lee, David, Tina and the rest of her staff are all very skilled at what they do. I dont have to sit and wait for one tech because I trust anyone here to do a full set for me. Thank you DDs for always doing a great job!

Dad's nails is the best in Phoenix to have a manicure, pedicure and also eye brow waxing. They do regular acrylic and also gel. They have a large selection of polish colors in both regular and fel polishes and also do designs with jewels to embeZZLE

Im not sure if they dont like me here but i wait a rediculously long time everytime i go last two times i ended up just leaving.i went elsewhere and regretted it, I've lost 2 nails now, tried to make an appointment just now and he said he couldn't, so quality of nails is the best out there which is THE ONLY reason i keep going!

I have been going to DD's nails for over 7 years. I've tried other nail shops around the Valley area and no one has prices like her and no one has the quality that she has so I highly recommend her shop. I will never go anywhere else

Frequent here for Mani Pedis decent prices good service. Always ask for DD the owner she is great does custom coffin nails just show here a pic and you will get exactly what u want.

David did my nails, super nice guy, I love his sense of humor. He knows I’m visiting Phoenix for work but when I was leaving he said he’d see me soon and started laughing! I went to DD’s Nails because of the reviews and boy were they on the money! I got fills and a pedi and everyone was great. The work is quality and they treated me as if I was a regular! My brain was too tired to think of anything cute to do with my nails and David did ask, but I just went with a pretty color and I’m really happy with the results. If you are from out of state like me, you depend on these reviews. Go to DD’s Nails you won’t be disappointed.

Wait was not bad i got there early. This was my 1st visit and I'm so happy how i was treated. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible service they treated my sister like an unwanted guest and didn't do her nails right, they were rude to her and made her feel uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. This is NOT the place to go if you want top quality nails with professional service.

I was looking around for a good nail place for prom. 3 people recommend this place and I can see why! This was first time here and Everyone was extremely nice and the service was great. The guy that did my pedicure was so sweet and made sure he didn't hurt me. Then DD herself did my full set with gel polish. She was nice and the shape was spot on. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and I will definitely be back myself.

I have to say that my nails were done really nicely, i do like them but their customer service makes me not want to go back, the guy that did my nails kept pulling my hand even though i had them stretched all the way, he was constantly looking at his phone, one of my nails smeared off accidentally while putting my hand in the UV lamp and he complained and was very rude about it even though it was kind of his fault.and he didn't even finish my nails before he grabbed his car keys and took off without saying anything to me.the girl that came and took over put so much oil on my hands that it was dripping and i asked for a piece of paper and she said "NO" really rudely.very disappointing to be honest, i like their work but customer service is also really important

My Nail Tech spent a lot of time on my massage on my legs as part of my pedicure. Whole experience was quite excellent!

I very much enjoyed my experience here. I made an appt same day at 12: 30 for 3: 00. Got there and it was packed on a Tuesday! I only waited about 5-10 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. I was first seated in their pedicure section, which has the choice of 4 different treatments. $20 for basic pedicure, $30 for scrub and callous removal with pedicure, $35 for gel included, and $40 for scrub, massage, callous removal, gel, and design/french (I did french) as well as a hot towel. It was very relaxing, and the woman was very delicate, but didn't half ass my massage. She also did very beautiful work.

Then I got a full set acrylic gel french tip with flat tip manicure. It was only the nails, no massage or anything, and $40 which I felt was decently priced. I compared their prices to other nearby locations and they had the cheapest. I never felt rushed, I was listened to, and they were accommodating. I will definitely return.

DD's is the best! Absolutely love this place. They have soo many gel colors to choose from and they always last at least 3 weeks! Iv been go to dd for over 8 yrs. And cause she is soo AMAZING there tend to be a little Wait. But they take apts? ! Just takes 2 secs to call and make an apt to have shorter Wait. Either way short or long They are worth it!

Horrible service nails broke off 2days after i had them done I wouldn't recommend this place to Anyone! They did an Awful job! And they are expensive Totally NOT WORTH IT ¡! ¡!

WORST PLACE EVER! I wish I could show you how they left my nails. The nail tech spent more time on his iPhone then on my nails then was falling asleep. I walked out of there so UPSET! NEVER AGAIN!

DD always have my nails on point, I've been going here for years and will refuse to go any where else.everyone there is awesome and very great at what they do in a reasonable time.thanks again you guys, keep up the good work

Recently moved into a different city and haven't found anywhere else I'd rather get my nails done. Very friendly customer service, attentive to detail and they give customers what they want. Have been coming here for 6 years and I'll continue to do so.
