Pam and Sheila are always helpful, friendly and quick to solve any issues/concerns that may arise. Karl is on top of any maintenance orders and works hard to complete them in a timely manner.

Pam, Sheila and Carl have been amazing. Move in was stress free and the community has been great. The apartment and kitchen are very spacious. Our beloved dog was meant to move in with us, but sadly passed. Pam, Sheila and Carl all asked after him which meant a lot. Thank you for genuinely caring and being kind towards your residents.

The apartments are dusty. The ac/heating vent blows out insane amount of dust. Maintenance argues that it is common in Arizona but I have lived in other places/apartments in Arizona and it is not the same. There is always a white powdery kind of dust that constantly blows out when the ac/heater is switched on.

The maintenance is not prompt with replacing electrical appliances. I complained repeatedly about my dishwasher but was only given alternatives but my original concern was never addressed.

The gym equipment is broken for more than an year and it is never fixed inspite of bringing it to the notice of Pam.

I think once you occupy the apartment, the concerns will only brushed off but never addressed. Worst part is the pathetic front office staff who are inconsistent with the information they give.

Pam is super amazing and the apartments are amazing! Carl and Sheila are the coolest! Pam will literally talk to you like a person and not a number. She's very real and transparent. The apartments themselves are amazing with a nice open floor plan and separated rooms so you don't have to hear everything. Best apartments I've lived in.

I have been living here for 3 yrs now.it has been a great place to live. I really enjoy using the pool and spa.the spa helps my arthritis in my knees. I never have any problems with anything.if i need anything fixed carl is right there to fix anything that needs to be fixed.pam and sheila are very friendly and it is always a pleasure to stop in and talk to them

Deer Valley Regency Apartments is a great place to live. The location is very convenient. The apartments are spacious. The full size washer and Dryers are indispensable. Pam, our property manager, is professional and prompt to respond.
Carl, our maintenance supervisor is responsive and always corrects the issues the first time. I have lived there many years and highly recommend.

Never have had an apartment that cares more for its tenants as Deer Valley Regency. Pam has been amazing and helpful wherever she can.

In all of the places I have lived, some great and some not so great. I am very glad to have called DVR my home for almost the last 10 years. When the rents started going up, my family and I were like, "the rent went up, are we getting any new benefit of living here for more money? " Several times we were getting ready to get the boxes and start packing. That lady in the office, Pam, was the turning point for my family and I to stay. She gave me a real wake up call, if you go somewhere else, you're gonna start out paying $1800 compared to what you pay now. Made me stop in my tracks! Thanks Pam! While these other new complexes may be going up around you, keep your head pointed forward. Thats where you have taken this place.

I have been here for about 6 years! This complex is quiet and I have had no issues while living here. The units are perfect set up and the rooms are a great size. Pam is always so helpful and Sheila is great. Any time something needs fixed Carl is always fast to respond and fix the problem. Highly recommend this complex.

I am long time resident of the complex. Very reliable and friendly staff, extremely pet friendly. Close circuit monitored parking lot.

It was a good place I liked it very quiet and calm Pam is a nice kind woman and she cares about everyone there and is very nice the upstairs neighbor were very loud and we mad plenty of complaints same as the upstairs did when we were a little loud nothing was down to the upstairs neighbors but there was problems with us but water fell through the ceiling and the fixing was never fixed in both bathrooms it was half done and the maintenance guy would go through my personal stuff when I was not home and he said he would be back then over 2 years he never came to fix when I moved out at September 2022 it still was not fixed and most of the neighbors were very nosy

For the price and what you get Deer valley regency is a great apartment to rent. The front office lady Pam is amazing and Carol takes cares of the needs you need. Overall I enjoyed my 2 1/2 years here

This place is clean, quiet and is as described. It is also run by great people. Pamela is always helpful with anything you need. Service are really fast and well done as well thank you to Karl. They are just the best. Definitely recommend 100%

I highly recommend deer valley regency apartments to anyone looking for apartment. The staff make you feel welcomed. The experience my husband and I had working with Pam has been the best since we moved in. Carl getting to our maintenance request right away. They are awesome!

Aloha I just want to do a shout out Pam, Shelia and Karl for taking care of us while we stayed there for almost 5 years raising our family and not we have out grow that place we are still close with them and they have only treated us like family and they became out family they went beyond measure to make sure we where all taken care of and gave us a place of safety and knowing we where not just people but we where Guest in so blessed to share this review and will be praying that this place will always be filled with the love peace and joy you all brought to my family me me my wife and 3 kids you are nothing but a light to us we will see you all soon this is not good bye this is just the beginning God bless and PS we will bring the kids by to say hi you will never be forgotten sincerely the Hesia tilton Family.
