Del Sol Furniture Distribution Center, Phoenix AZ

Outstanding service! I bought a dining table set at the Del Sol store down at 32st Street. Decided to pick up myself same day, since it was going to take a while to be delivered. Stopped right after at the distribution center and picked up; went home and immediately started to assemble. As I was assembling the table when I notice it had damage. I called the sales representative at the store and he gave me the number to customer service, I proceeded to call right away. They asked for pictures and I sent them in. About an HR or 2 into it I called to check the status. They immediately let me exchange it for another one (exactly the same). Process went as smooth as can be. Zulma and Victor were the ones whom helped me unload and load. We opened the new one right on the spot to verify it was in great shape.

Bought our bed frame there as well as the dresser and the smaller drawer, only lasted about 6 months and it broke. The mirror that we got for our dresser wasn’t even the right color or size. We paid 1,000 and we received the wrong items. Big disappointment.

Just delivered my couch and I couldn’t be much happier thank you Alex for contacting me about the situation. And I can honestly say I can see myself buying from here again, plus they have really good deals that you can’t pass up

The guys at Del Sol were amazing! Delivery was punctual! They came and not only set it up where I wanted it, they moved it a couple of times to check, in which spot it would look best. GREAT DEALS!

I bought a mattress topper back in September and waited a couple of months to write this review. I contacted Marisela Machuca from Customer Service and was asking questions about a topper. Although she wasn't a sale representative, she still took time and assisted me to buy the BEST topper ever. I needed a topper for the very firm beds at the dorms, and this topper she recommended felt like it was a whole new bed. I want to thank her for helping me out and staying in touch! She helped me a lot and I can't wait to ask her for more recommendations, she rocks!

I recently made a purchase. I bought a loft bed/w desk for my daughter. I asked for it to be delivered. The delivery guys were very professional. They were their between the time frame they had given me. I was amazed at how quickly they assembled the bed. I am so glad they put it together because there was a lot of pieces. I would have been so frustrated trying to assemble it myself. It would have probably taken me hours. Great job delivery department! Keep up the good work

Definitely will buy more stuff there, went to the outlet wherehouse and a guy named raul treated us like kings, gave us good prices and very good merchandise.will go back again.thanks.

It's the warehouse so it does not have a showroom however they do have some good prices on furniture

Good selection of furniture in store and online but what makes this store stand out is how helpful and friendly their representatives are, if something is not right they will go above and beyond to make it ideal to their customers. Im glad i got my kid's bedroom set here it was a better deal than other furniture stores in town i will for sure come back for more in years to come!

Amazing prices! Excellent customer service. Prices can't be beat. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Found furniture for living room and bedroom under a $1000 and great quality to match. Definitely will be going back.
