Del Taco, Chandler AZ

I took my family through the driver through and received, the wrong order. So i called them and was told to come back and they would make it right. When i got there the male staff member was the only one there. He refused to give me his name and refused to make my order right, and was incredibly ride and Laughing because of the situation. He didn't know his store number and would not give his managers name. All of this after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I'll never return

The chicken soft taco was very soggy and I also ordered the number 16 they're double cheeseburger was extremely dry and extremely overcooked service was okay atmosphere was okay they have to improve with their food

Fantastic location. I come here every Tuesday and Thursday morning after work. The staff is friendly and the tacos are always packed. Definitely recommended

Only drive thru was open. They messed upy order and never gavee hot sauce like I asked. When I was FORCED to wait in line again to get the item they forgot. The guy at the window looked at me as if I lied about it. I don't have anything nice to say about him

A few years ago this would have been 4 or 5 stars, today, they earn their 1 star. I've been a Del Taco customer for over 30 years and I have had enough. Every time I go through the drive through and I get home my order is wrong. EVERY TIME! I'm done being charged for a burrito and finding a taco, or something else that I didn't order and was charged more for than what they included, at the bottom of the bag instead. I've given you plenty of chances Del Taco, but I'm out for good, your employees are just too dumb to get a simple order correct.

Epic pregnancy cravings failure. No response at the drive through so I tried the front door. This is a pregnancy craving for my wife. Once inside I was told they're not open for another 20-30 minutes, but the door was unlocked. He stayed they came in late and aren't open. Long drive to get here and really disappointed in this Del Taco.

It's fast food with good ingredients, don't expect a sit down restaurant level of quality, but better than the other every corner chain. Good price for the meal size, miss the old meal options.

Doordashed, food was not packaged correctly and quesidilla was just tossed in the bag, the side of fries IN the quesidilla, missing all 4 packages of 2 piece churros, no receipt so I can't even show what I bought. Is it really so hard to make sure an order is complete and in the bag?

Service is terrible. Lights are always off at the drive thru. They blast loud music and the night crew is always on their phones. ALWAYS! The guy at the window had no mask on and a curly haired girl is so rude. Never coming back here

We ordered 4 chicken tacos, 2 soft and 2 hard. Get all the way home and only have 4 chicken tacos. Can’t get anyone on the line to find out whay can be done.

Quick to assist my son and I, food was good as always and we tried a new sprite drink with poppers, taste great but its too bad you can't refill it with sprite without paying a difference.

Worst del taco ever. Management needs to look at the late shift people. Kids playing music, super dirty and they are not wearing masks.

We came after church and found the dinner ng area open. A wide choice of menu prepared fresh provided just what we needed. The service was very good and when a small error was made in the order, it was changed without question. Excellent and will become a regular stop from now

8 45 pm and lobby is shut down. Good thing I drive a bucket truck that won't fit though the drive thru. I guess I'll take my business to Carl's Jr from now on.

Del Taco has made a huge comeback in the past few years, I like it more than Taco bell now.

Edit: I've been coming here for probably 4 years and today was pretty bad. It was super slow, all of my food was pathetically small (I bought 2 crunch burritos with maybe 1 or two bits of chip in it) the burritos looked like their rollers breakfast rollers. Really disappointed I hope I can change this back to a five star soon!

Salty food, I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and got something like roadkill. Chicken was burn and the cheese seemed old. I was too hungry to return the food; however, it will take an act of God to have me go back there.

This used to be good food. Now, not so much. Last time we are there it was gross. Food was cold. I get the cheese is supposed to be cold but the whole meal was cold. The tortillas were even cold. Probably won't be back. Too bad used to be good.

The lady at counter never smiled. And taking my order felt like is was bottom on the priority pole. Half the tacos I ordered where broken.
