Del Taco, Queen Creek AZ

I think for the price it's a great deal. We get the Fiesta pak-6 tacos and 6 bean/cheese burritos feeds 3 people for dinner.plus some for burritos and eggs for breakfast the next day. $18.00

One of the fanciest Del Tacos that I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of Del Tacos all over the United States.

This location is extremely busy, I will have to agree my snack tacos are a little on the light side but my service has been good and the lines move really fast so no complaints here.

Normally the food is hot and fresh when you get it. I ate it less. Than 5 minutes after I got it and was not happy. Food appeared to be made with whatever was left. It's been my go to cheat meal for over 20 years and this was the worst. Still like it though sad it was bad

I usually like del taco but this time they didnt even put anything in my tacos. I was shocked.

Food was exactly what we ordered and it was good. The only negative would be the grumpy lady at the pick up window.

Slowest service ever! Got down to order to go because there was 5 cars in drive thru and all 5 cars plus 3 more were served before me. All I ordered was snack tacos and 1 French fry. Will never step inside this establishment again.

Website says Open at 8am. Came to get breakfast several different visits and they weren't open yet. Tried again this morning, arrived at 8: 18am and doors were locked. So disgusted with this Del Taco, it's dirty and food isn't as good as other locations.

Not even close to the quality offered at other locations. We ordered a bunch of snack tacos last night and they were EMPTY. Small amount of meat on half the taco, little cheese, and maybe 3 to 4 pieces of lettuce. It was a joke. Obviously an attempt to skimp on ingredients to make more money. This comes from the top down. I eat at Del Taco about 3 times a week, but this location is horrible.

Food was really good and cheap, they were pretty busy the day we ate there, was just the cashier we dealt with even being busy he was a nice guy even played along when I told him to pick names to call out for my order.

Always delicious fresh food, fast and accurate orders! Need to open up a San Tan Valley location.

Normally their food is great, but today everything we ordered barely had anything inside. The tacos had 1 bite of meat, literally, and barely any cheese. The burritos and quesadillas barely had any cheese as well. Everything we ordered was nearly plain tortillas. Very disappointing. They weren't busy and they ignored us when we got there and then took too long to give us our food.

The employees here are extremely rude ib love Dell taco but with how rude they are I'll never purchase here again

This location in particular is always busy, 4 stars because the environment isn't ideal for indoor dining, because this place is always crowded. Aside from this place being busy and crowded its great place to get cheap eats! Bean n cheese burrito with green sauce is a hit

Staff was excellent service was great the only issue was that no changes could be made on the fiesta pack, I prefer only tacos and no burritos & MGMT would not make those changes, shame, UPDATE: went there recently and was treated well due to new mgmt, got what I wanted with no problem and want to thank the whole crew for accommodating me, bless them for the hard work they do

This store has gotten better. They are usually so slow but this last visit they were faster. So disappointed in del taco not carrying the spicy Jack anymore. I was a frequent visitor but not anymore. Wish they would go back to their previous menu

Food was as expected, but came out quickly. Staff was great. My kids spilt their drink and they quickly jumped in and cleaned it up,
Kindly reassuring us that it was no big deal.

I'm a doordasher I arrive at this location at 8: 35pm to pick up like 4 items and 2 drinks and didn't receive the order u til 9: 10. The store was NOT busy, no one in the lobby and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. The little blonde girl was asked multiple times about then the order would be done and all I got was a laugh and she just kept walking.each time I asked I got the same response. Extremely disrespectful. This is not the first time I have been here for an order and it's always the same thing. Takes at least 20 minutes even for a very small order. Never seems to be an manager's and I end up taking the blame from the customers and apologizing for DEL TACOS issues

This place is dirty and short staffed. Let me say that I worked fast food for years. The number one thing you need to do is keep your area clean and wiped. All the counters are dirty especially where they make the food! They were also short-handed with only two people working and the drive-thru. I watched my order sit on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes while the guy took drive-through orders, bagged orders took counter orders by himself. There was a young lady putting the orders together, what's no sense of urgency or caring. I was picking up an order for a delivery service. The last time I ate here was sometime last year and it made me sick, and I'm the type that never throws up! I see this place hasn't improved and only gotten worse! They should fire everybody and hire somebody who cares or close! You are making people sick!
