Del Taco, Flagstaff AZ

First time in a Del Taco in over 20 years and it still has a great menu selection at affordable prices. I especially love the guacamole and chips. The staff was friendly and the food met my expectations. Won't be back in the area anytime soon, but would recommend this location to other travelers.

Me and my crew go i. There quite often, but today they had some really obnoxious music playing that was loud and really sucked, we are thinking about find a new lunch play when we are in flagstaff

Employee at drive thru was either very tired or angry when taking our order. He made it clear with the tone of voice he used that we were annoying him when trying to figure everyone in our trucks order. The food was fast and hot tho.

Fast service and decent food. I always recommend one the epic burritos, those always hit the spot just right

Okay so the attendant at the desk. Was seemingly wonderful. Very rather patient with me. And the way I tend to speak poorly. And he answered all my questions. However there was sadly something typically lost between the order desk in the food prepared. Because I ordered a burrito to be the same way as my rap. Rather the other way around I ordered a burrito with just eggs bacon and cheese. I then ordered their Maps thinking I was getting the same thing. I then got a whole bunch of extra potatoes and vegetable junk in the rap. This was disappointing. As I have an allergy to tomatoes and could not eat the rap.

Biggest bean and cheese north of nogales my friends don’t pass it up this location is better than barstow

Bad place to eat at, hair in our burrito and hair in our fries, was hoping to have a good meal on the way home but I guess not, employees not friendly as well, dirty rag was also sitting by the food, not coming here.

Typical fast food, the positive is that this was the only place that had tamales. As.the other del taco's never had any when we visited

Unfriendly staff. No greetings, no thanks or your welcomes. We even said have a great day with staff giving silent treatment other then saying "what do you want" and "is that it" while giving me look as if my children and I are their enemies!
Food was rushed quickly to us and cold meat served which was all on one end of the buritto plus it was an open buritto, quesadilla was cold and shredded cheese got everywhere when opened (cold), taco shells were out dated by the smell and texture, everyone's meals were tossed and no one enjoyed any part of what they gotten. This happened when we decided to give them a 2nd chance! Brief in last visit, staff was more verbal, food was just made very sloppy and tacos all broken as if someone elbow the entire bags of food before handed to us. I would not care to revisit this location. Staff was not trained properly or the owners don't care so they lead the same examples. BEWARE of the unfriendliness and partially prepared food! I would not give anymore chances to this location.

Love how fast they are in the drive threw! Love everything they have with green chiles. I have to have 2 green chile bean & cheese burritos with sour cream at least once a week or I go into withdraws.

They are so rude in this location. I would have given them negative stars if it was possible. Waited 10 min and employees including manager never acknowledge us and when we left they approached and helped the person behind us right away

I give del taco 2 stars because it's not always 100 percent. I once got a smooshed burrito. And I ordered a cheeseburger with pickles ketchup cheese and I only got 2 buns and meat.

Site says military 50% discont. Woman behind counter lied say they o ly give 10% there. Total bs. Said senior discount on my receipt. Wont ever eat there again. After eating the food, even if they had giving me 50 percent off stilk 1 star. Fish taco way over cooked. Dont eat there.

Most employees here could care less if you get food there or not. They are not friendly or sincere. The one and only exception over the last few years has been Sonja. She is pretty much the only smiling face there and the only reason I'm giving a 3 star rating.

All the food is good at Del Tacos to me it's a markup better than Taco Bell more food for your money

Very clean and well operated location. It was a surprisingly good stop on our long drive through Arizona.

Same great Del Taco food if you are a fan of their food. Really friendly staff with great service.

Love del taco! Would give 5 stars but staff isn't the best. Only gave 4 because it's open all night

Very pleasant stay, the room and bathroom were very clean. Also has an amazing view of the mountains.

I like Del Taco, but would avoid this location at all costs. It’s fast food, so expectations aren’t super high, but the service was slow even though we were one of two families in the entire restaurant. When we got the order, it was wrong. I tried to communicate it to the cashier, she did her best, but struggled to understand me. Bathroom only fits one at a time and it was dirty. Skip this stop and head to Wendy’s or Burger King up the road. We won’t be back.
