Denny's, Page AZ

The service was excellent. Then later, when I mistakenly thought that I had left my phone on the table and returned looking for it, the staff was very courteous and helpful.

I had good experience. They are open 24/7 so that's best part. Have plenty of options similar to other Denny's. Also they get you your order quite quickly which I think Denny's as a chain not very good at.

We sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes with a group of 7 people and were the only ones waiting and not one employee even bothered to acknowledge that we were there! Then, as we were leaving, one idiot gives us a sarcastic goodbye. Wow. Just astonishing.

We had 27 people and only one waiter it took way to long to get anything. And hour just to get drinks. But at least all the kids got their food before the adults did. They had the staff but nobody was willing to help out. The waiter gets the 2 stars for trying the store itself gers no stars cause my food was cold when I got it and it was an appetizers and cheese sticks are best when served hot.

The customer service was great and the food was good too. They were very busy when we went but the server was attentive despite being understaffed.

Went in for lunch and had one couple in front waiting to be seated. No hostess so went to the bathroom, washed up and came back. Same couple still there waiting and still no hostess. Waited 5 minutes and left. Ended up at Burger King down the street.

Although there was not to many people there it took over 15 minutes to have someone help me. It seems to me that services was bad. I went back inside to get some napkins and when I went in the person saw me and just went into the kitchen and didn't come out. So after waiting for another 10 minutes I just grab the napkins myself. Will not be eating here again.

We went to Denny's Friday 10-8-21, it was around 10: 00 PM. The place was not busy, we waited for 15 minutes to be seated, the host did not even greet us with so sorry about the wait. We were seated in a booth, given a menu and then promptly ignored until we got fed up and left. Your staff blew a nice tip. We have eaten at Denny's all over the country and this by far was the poorest excuse of customer service we have ever been subject too. I feel sorry for the owner, as they can't be onsite all of the time. The owners really need to have a come to Jesus meeting with their staff. If NO STARS were an option I would have given that.

Ordering take out online was super easy, except there was no where for me to modify (take away) ingredients. The food was ready, warm, and super yummy! I came back two more times!

They try. I ordered online and got the 5 pepper burger with added bacon and with normal fries and I got a few fries and a burger with a patty that was barely big enough for the bun and they missed my bacon but they are trying and are obviously short staffed

1 star is way too much for this Denny’s. Walked in with my husband to a big sign that reads “Wait to be seated”. Waited for about 15 mins with zero acknowledgement while staff passed back and fourth just looking at us. Place was dead inside. Gave them a chance until another customer walked in and was seated right away… It was our first time in Page AZ and will definitely never return there. Save your time and go elsewhere.

After acting like it was a major inconvenience to have a single customer in the restaurant at all, being completely unaware of what's on the menu, taking my order completely wrong then acting like it was a hassle to put it in right, and saying "whatever" instead of "thanks" or "that'll be right up" or anything polite at all, Stacey is nowhere to be found. I wonder how difficult it would be to get into the cash register she left her ID card in

We are full time RVers, travel everywhere usually like Dennys. This one was the worst we have visited, the service was terrible, waitress was very impersonal and slow. The food was definitely sub par, with all the choices in Page
Az.they most assuredly couldnt compete.

Where do l startl entered da place N was ignored for 15mins.w/o acknowledgement, da waitress walk by like 5 times, NOTHING, den she gave us a table N literally toss da menus on da table, walked away, came BK 15mins. LATER 4 drinks N return 15mins. LATER, walk away, came BK 15mins. LATER 4 our order N that took 30mins.while the mngr.was @ the counter, waitress came bk.da chk N said NOTHING! I mean the WORST/BAD service ever cuz it wasn't even busy but she spent more time yelling N front of her customers like she needs attention! BRKFST: same scenario, 2 servers but just as BAD! CLOSE the place if U don't know what customer service is!

Denny's in Page, AZ is a cut way above my experience with Denny's elsewhere. Food was great and Thomas, our server, was outstanding!

Considering how short staff they were that evening. Wait time was a bout 10 to 20 minutes. Got seated waitress was great and friendly. Food was delicious. Good place to dine.

We had a group of 15 runners that ran the Lake Powell Half Marathon and they got us in pretty fast. Food was served quickly, was hot and tasty.

NEVER EVER coming again

I waited 30minutes for the order and
20minutes later he came to tell me that they can make my food and waited 10minutes more for the food
They are soooooo slow
There was a sign that said I can get a 20% off if I sign up but couldn’t get it bc even the manager doesn’t know anything about the app.
