Denny's, Globe AZ

Our waitress was Krystin. She made us feel like family! I was wowed by the service here! Food was amazing too I got the sirloin and was surprised about how good it was! Will be back for sure when im in globe!

5 star Dennys- chef was amazing, and our SWEET server Kayla was THE best, I had 2 cups of coffee at once!

My omelet had hair in it. The salt and pepper shakers were filthy and the language from the kitchen was horrible. No one wants to hear the "f" word nonstop.

I love this place as they are open 24 x 7, and customize your order as per your needs, even if those options are not available in the menu.

Holly was AWESOME!
but with 16 customers, she was overwhelmed. Had the cinnamon pancakes and the cream cheese was a nice touch. Nice long booths so a group of 4 doesn't feel like they are setting on each other's laps. Most Denny's are like a small step up from Waffle House you don't come here for the food, but for the show.
Attention this is NOT a 24/7 location, so don't go looking for it at 3am.

We've had better experiences at this restaurant. They weren't as good this time. Got seated and had our order taken within minutes but, it took 40 minutes to get our food after ordering even though they weren't busy when we first arrived. Servers were very nice however, our original server kept saying she'd refill our coffee but never did. Luckily, another server refilled it for us. First cup of coffee was cold but the fill-ups we're hot. Our server was able to accommodate my request to modify my order so it would work for keto.
Bacon was cold. Ham was burnt but cold. My son's hot chocolate was cold too. The place appeared clean. The men's restroom sink was out of order so, we had to use one behind the counter.

My family and I tried to eat breakfast there with much disappoint. The sevice is really bad at this location. The silver ware was dirty my wife's glass was dirty but we looked the other way on that. I ordered the Benny classic. (Eggs Benedict). They were well fried and had a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce on each egg that was old. That was it! I told the server I wanted poached eggs to redo the order and she sent another waitress over with a menu reading to us that the eggs come fried but even in the picture they were just lightly fried on one side or even poached. She said it would take a while like it was to much trouble. We were going to leave and not even pay. My family walked out I paid for the drinks even though some were not even touched. This waitress rang me up and asked if I ever poached an egg? I told her I had, many times. I make eggs Benedict at home. But she continued to basically lecture me in a contestable way that it's a lot of work to poach eggs an bla blah. I told her you know people talk about this place and not very good things are said. I do not appreciate this type of service or lack of and an attitude on too of that! This has been a problem at this location! It's not going to survive much longer if you keep hiring these kind of people. I'm not going back. To many frustrating chances and waste of time.

Bathroom out of service for two weeks
Cold food, brought my condiments after I had eaten.cashier asked how are food was, I told her and she had nothing to say. Very obvious this franchise is failure. This is second horrible visit! I recommend eating c- rations from out of date military stock, you can eat them cold and they're tastier. The most important lesson learned was you have poor service when management is poor quality.
One star because it allows me to tell everyone to stay away

The service is horrible. Every time I have been there it has been so bad. Once a person got fired mid shift and we didn't know. We sat there waiting for our food we ordered and no one helped us. I had a hair in my food today. Literally refuse to go.

Food wasn't what I ordered, was cold when they gave it to me, and the sauces that I requested wasn't in the bag, even though they said it was.

Waiting for half hour wanting to place an order Togo was told "I'll be right with u 3 times"

The food was excellent. I hadn't been to a Denny's in years, and I give them credit. It's a good, all-around experience. The staff here is attentive and friendly.

I walked in, placed my order and was told about 15 minutes. As I waited I noticed how busy it was. I didn't get the name of the Lady that served me but she was awesome My order was packed up and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.
My Steak was cooked perfectly (I'm grubbing as I type)

Very Racist and/or placist because we say and waited & waited until finally all other patrons were served their food and then we received service. Walked back and forth in front of us for at least 5 minutes. SMH!
