Denny's, Phoenix AZ

Worst curbside pick up. The phone number listed on the sign has a busy signal no one came to drop the order off. Had to get of the car and go inside where it was packed to get an order that I had put for curbside pick up.

45 minutes waiting for an omelette.with burn hash brown.
4 tables with customers only. Waitress cleaning tables the same touching the food. Nice polite old lady. Owner needs to have the dishwasher come out to clean or hire a busboy. Don’t be cheap. Putting peoples health in Risk.

Had to wait 25 minutes to be seated and had to wait 25 more to get my order and the about 20 more minutes for the food to be ready and when I asked for creamer I got very little of it and nearly 2 packets for sugar

I ordered from Ubereats and I have to say this was the worst T-Bone steak I ever had.it was so hard and dry. The mash potatoes were watery. I'm super disappointed.

Sandwich was fair and fries undercooked.had to flag the manager down after 10 minutes of waiting for service. Just seem disorganized. Last visit was way better.

Good food. I don't like when they try to give you a table at the end of restaurant when are tables available near of you.

I stopped by here one time when I was in bound for California coming from Texas, I ordered a huge meal. I had one of those sizzling chicken skillet, one classic burger, and one vanilla chocolate milkshake. I was so hungry, I devoured everything in no time. The food was really good, so was the service. One thing I noticed, the waitresses were gawking on me, maybe because I was wearing my ACU.

Horrible customer service. I was waiting for a table for two and this other couple came in and instantly were greeted and Seated.

If I could give them zero stars I would, we went to have dinner tonight and waited a good 8 minutes to be sat and no one even bother to come and sit us. We left after being ignored.
We will never be back!

Gene was very busy.to many customers for his area. I was a party of 3 & I seen a lady come in after me got her drinks & received her 2 plates of food before we even got a drink order in. Very disappointed in my visit. I won't visit this place to quickly for lunch again.seems like nobody knows what to do when a customer walks in.

Horrible horrible horrible Custumer service there's so many workers how in the hell is it so slow! And so damn rude!

It's a great place with good food. Hosts/Hostess always friendly. We have had ART as our server on a few occassions and he is great with all people of all ages.

Waited 10 mins before we were seted with no awknowledgement we were there. Seemed they were short staffed, restuarant was dirty. The only reason im leaving 3 stars is because the one server they had was great! Despite being the only server and busy, her service was great! Its hard sometimes to keep a positive attitude w that kind of stress, just wanna let you know you did great! Wish I coukd remember her name!

Not organized well (as in little communication between kitchen and the waiters/waitresses) and took awhile to get our food. Food was okay.

Horrible service. There were only a few ppl inside having lunch and the waiter didnt come back and checkup on us at all. We had to get up and ask for napkins and extra silverware etc.we didnt get asked if we wanted refills. And we were leaving and he hadnt even printed our check. When he printed it it was incorrect. Stay away if you are in a hurry. Also food was not great.

Could hardly understand the lady that sat us and took our drink order.as for the food, what do you expect from Denny's?

Manager would not put on the soccer game. Also My food had know exit cheese and it wasn't that good

Food is real good staff is wonderful and attentive coffee cup rarely goes empty. Over all the place is well kept and clean

Thursday night they were under staffed very dirty. One by one customers left. Coffee served was ice cold. Do not recommend if you like food and service

Horrible service take forever food was cold somw food was dry bacon way way to greasy and waiter is rude as heck will not be coming back here till service is fixed no one should go threw such horrible service.
