Denny's, Mesa AZ

Ordered online just to find out an hour after it was supposed to be delivered they gave the order to someone else and didn’t notify me or anything and acting like nothing was wrong for $60 in food. Ridiculous

AMAZING customer service iv been to many diners however this team made me feel welcomed and at home definitely coming back

EVERY time I get take out from this location + the 1 off Main/stapley, FANTASTIC! They FOLLOW my customizations, which, are numerous & have never had an error nor it not be prepared once I arrive. Great job, kudos!

I was a bit worried when I walked in that they had let go all of their servers, but a nice gentleman greeted me and scurried away to help a large table. Then, a very nice woman came inside and helped me out. I would have never known she was new until she told me. I was a challenge in general because I needed everything ordered a special way. I am pleased to say, the wait was worth it. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff is phenomenal. Keep up the good work guys and gals! That's what makes repeat customers.

Hot coffee and pretty fast service. Food was the low light. Ordered Seasoned fries and got regular the sandwich was just soso

Food took longer than normal. And food wasn't warm. Side note, front entrance floor is nasty, disgusting looking. Ist impressions not good. Just saying.

It was ok the service was fast and food was hot and good, but what ruined it was that our servers hands and nails were so dirty! He had black nails and looked like they pulled him off the street. Hygiene is super important in the food business, especially with covid! It looked like it had been all day that he had washed his hands.

Horrible service, the manager is sitting in a booth on her phone. The server seems to be the only sever in the building. They are just terrible tonight. I waited 45 minutes at a booth before I was asked what food I wanted and they are acting like headless chickens

The staff was super friendly. Hash browns great, eggs great, toast super, but the t bone steak was meh. Had to drown it in A1. Even the fountain coke was the right ratio.

Still gave a 20% tip for the good service.

I went for my birthday and I had no money or food until I got paid the next day and i was hoping to bring the food home to my 3yr old and I was told i had to sit down and eat there. If I'm giving you my id that shows it's my birthday I should be able to take that food to go. It's not like the food is gonna be resold by the time I get to where I have to go it's cold!

The food and service here was good, the floors felt like they were slick, a lot of people were picking up their feet kinda funny because of it.

My first bad experience at this location. I had to walk up to get my coffee refilled, other drinks at the table had long waits. When it came to my meal they brought my sides but my entree till a additional 5 minutes. Was nut pleased

Poor service I order all u can eat pancakes I only got my first round no one never came back to refill my pancakes or my drink I fill like I got cheated no cool at all

I've been there a couple of times, they always take me to the same corner. Food is usually good. Service is ok.

When ordering food that is clearly on the menu and it comes out differently than described, then the server tells you. Oh, you have to ask for that if you want that, and the saying the menus haven't been updated.very poor customer service.

Quick inexpensive breakfast with unlimited coffee for those days when one cup isn't enough. Service is mostly good depending on the the server.

Great go to for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns at 4 dollars great deal.

Seating was fast. But waitresses are horrible at doing their job, took forever to get our drinks and then she proceeded to argue about what I ordered for my son instead of just correcting it. Like I know what I ordered for MY child to drink. Food took even longer to get. Denny’s by Superstition Mall you get served 10x quicker and waitresses are actually friendly. Manager needs to hire people who actually want to work.

They were out of so many things. Didn't put tomatoes or mayo on my club. My daughter had only one tiny tomato on her hamburger which happened to be the very end piece of a tomato. Nasty. My grandson's ordered the Philly chicken sandwich. They did not have the bun that it is supposed to be on. So he had them just put it on ride bread.

Justin are server, wore his smile well. Good job, his coworkers could take some tips from this young man.
