Dental Depot, Surprise AZ

Started going December 2023 and the staff has been friendly every visit, even over the phone. The dentist assistants I’ve had have been amazing- very comforting, knowledgeable and personable. My doctor, Tiffany Nguyen is wonderful- very kind, professional, informative and does great work. I appreciated that billing dept.lays out your estimated costs after insurance and any payment arrangements before you schedule, so you know exactly what to expect. It was the most pleasant dental experience in awhile.

Amazing! Great staff and doctors. Very time efficient, professional, explained things very well. I had a sensitive issue and I felt cared for, listened to, and taken care of! Highly recommend.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 16 years, went in and had a crown done same day, everyone was extremely friendly and it does feel like a very welcoming environment, watching the train go by was pretty cool as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a friendly happy staff. They explained all my options and didn't push for anything specifically, ad well as answering any questions or concerns I had in a timely fashion.

Every appointment I have had has been perfect. All the staff has beenp kind and thoughtful. This is the very best dental group I have ever had.
I will be with them as long as I can.

We personally would not recommend this office. We are workimng with the AZ Dental Association to make sure no kids suffers in pain if another family in another household miss appointments. They also call me 45mins after his appointment and then sent me text today saying he missed this appointment that he was 100% bumped yesterday. We were at this office with 3 kids and never have missed any appointments. Shame on this office and the manager for letting this happen to a child.

Waited till contract with insurance expired before calling to say I wasn't covered when appt had already been made. Double check before going.

Dr Rahg is an excellent doctor. He is kind and professional. He absolutely knows what he is doing. And his staff and clinical helpers are above par. Always friendly and professional. I always recommend Dental Depot in particular Dr. Rahg location on Greenway at Litchfield in Surprise.

Everybody knew exactly what they were doing the prosper was very simple and easy I have been to other local companies and they've made everything so difficult with multiple texts and emails where these people do exactly what was going on got me right in took care of my cleaning billed my medical with no issues everybody did a fabulous job

Usually this place is great. But I felt completely unheard this last time I came. I am in so much pain and the pain is worse now. The doctor didn't even look inside my mouth. A temp crown was placed back inside my mouth before the doctor looked at the tooth that was in pain overall not a good experience. I am in so much pain and they didn't really do anything to help me.

I was politically greeted by Marselle who was assisted by another pleasant woman who's name is Hannah. After a brief wait I was escorted to the rotating x-ray room by Monica and also she was very nice and accommodating. In the chair Jasmine was pleasant and asked me if I had any questions. Both women were above and beyond and Dr. Raj was as good a dentist as anyone would want. I was very pleased. I love the t- shirt that was added to the goodie bag. I will wear that and wow, a perfect fit. Nobody tried to upsell and truly seemed concerned of my wellbeing. This morning I called for names of my team yesterday and Jennifer was pleasantl and helpful. No rushing and it was just after 8am. Thank you staff of Dental Depot in Surprise. I'll be returning. Two up! Thank you all and I hope the names are in order.

Always friendly staff. I was called back to have my cleaning within 5 minutes of being there. The hygienist was polite and thorough. Dentist did an exam and I was on my way. Definitely recommend this location in Surprise.
