Dental Specialty Associates of Phoenix

Our visit today was unsuccessful and I was not happy at all due to the fact that my 41 year old disable daughter was/ is experiencing a lot of pain by a large cavity and we were given an appointment until next Monday that is another week of living in pain and that to me wasn't a concern to them at all. Omg! Smh! How rude is that. And I was willing to pay out of pocket. I will remember this facility as the one who doesn't put patients first nonetheless care.

The doctors and anesthesiologist very professional knowledgeable and good at what they do barely any pain I would definitely go back again

This place is awesome doctor extremely knowledgeable friendly staff was 100% great attitudes all around they will be my dentist for life

Came to this office for the first time. Was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to me. I feel they gave me an honest assessment of what I need unlike another dental office who gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars of work obviously not needed. Felt they were an honest office

The staff and doc were really cool. I was worried I had a lot of cavities as I have not been taking care of my teeth and they got me all checked out and I’m fine. They made me feel very comfortable and everything was very clean. I plan on using my insurance I pay for every 6 months from here on out and this will be the place I use it at!

Have an abscess tooth. They were great got me in same day and surgery to remove for next day. It was scary and I look horrible with the swelling.

Brought my 3 year old in and they were amazing. He’s not cooperative enough to get a cleaning yet, but they made the experience so welcoming and fun! The hygienist had the most patience with him. Can’t thank her enough.

Amazing dental office. All of the staff is extremely friendly, we got in and out, and they fully explained everything. Highly recommended.

I have only had my consultation so far, but i was very happy with the staff and felt completely comfortable with Dr. Lilien. They have been amazing! (9/13/18) I just had my surgery yesterday, and was very pleased with Dr. Lilien and his entire staff. I highly recommend Dental Specialty Associates to any and everyone. They are a professional and caring group!

The wait was Ridiculously LONG. The girl at the front desk told us we had a 30 minute wait after we had already been waiting an hour in excrutexcruc pain. That 30 minutes turned into an hour and 400 minutes.total wait time 2 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES IN HORRIBLE PAIN! They were unorganized. My referral was sent over in the morning but the office staff couldn't locate it until Noon? Who trains these people. Just Beware. If you have an appointment at here clear your schedule for the entire day!

What an awesome first appointment with dental hygienist Brittany. I would highly recommend this office.

Other than they were a person short and 10 minutes after my appt time, Dr. To is great! Told me basically what he was going to do as he was going along. It did appear that one of the front desk people was sick which was a little disconcerting. The office manager is very nice. The procedure was painless and very quick! Super satisfied with the procedure and the length of time from when I sat down to when he was done.

They were kind and quick and professional. I got a referral to a great dentist for surgery quickly. I will refer them to everyone I know

Leah is amazing. She is so thorough with the cleaning and pays a lot of attention to detail. She is very gentle with the cleaning, and she always is so positive and always smiling. All of the staff there are like that. The office is clean and very inviting. I love Dental Specialty Associates!

I was in a chair and speaking with the surgeon within 10 minutes of my appointment time. In and out!

I have been dealing with Valley Endodotics since April, and was unable to get in to see one of their docs for an emergency appointment.
Called Dental Specialty yesterday morning; they got me in 1: 30 yesterday. I saw the doc immediately. He provided immediate relief, including treatment plan and scheduled extensive surgery.

Horrible customer service. They did not show any type concerns or that they care about the patient needs. It was all about what they can sell you. They make you wait longer that it should be and then just rush you through the process. Very bad first experience. I don't not recommend at all.
