Car salesman type tactics-be careful! Each time I visited this office it felt like I was being looked down on for one reason or another. (Not having time to call the office back within 30min of close, declining some unnecessary procedures, etc.) all the hygienists I have seen there have been great but the doctors and the receptionist give me big “car salesman” vibes. Trying to sell you on one thing or another that you don’t need. The reason I won’t be coming back here is because they tried pressuring me into getting gold fillings, (“I know you just came in for a cleaning but we can numb you up right now and get the procedure started; let’s go right now! ”) After having to tell them no multiple times, I got a second opinion at a different office. The other dentist stated that the only thing I needed was a higher fluoride toothpaste and that gold crowns are basically unheard of at 30 years old. Will not be back, and be wary of their pushy tactics!

Wow how on earth would anyone do business with Jared Pope after what was so horrifically exposed to the world! Disgusting and vile this man! Shame on you!

They over filled a filling causing it to loosen causing the need for a crown. Could have all been avoided if it was the right size to begin with. Their price for a crown was over 800, then another couple hundred for a filling. Found a more honest clinic for much less. Will not be using their services again

I really like the staff at progressive. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and just want what’s best for their patients. They also work with you on the price which is really nice. I went there yesterday with my three kids and they set them up with a chair blanket and toys and the receptionist even checked on them a couple times. I would definitely recommend progressive.

I can send them up in one word honest. I went in thinking I needed a root canal and he said no no no the tooth is too high let me file it down. He could’ve easily did a root canal charge me 1000 bucks and he did not. They’re all very friendly very knowledgeable and very caring

I came here for a second opinion and found my new regular dentist. All of the staff were kind, professional, and generous with their time and knowledge. The staff seem to value patient autonomy by thoroughly explaining things and involving you in your treatment plan. I felt respected. It is a safe space to ask medical questions. They also have an incredible savings plan for those without dental insurance.

Excellent care and warm friendly people. They show me why and explain treatments so I really understand the reasons for their recommendations.

The doctor that did my crown was amazing. His staff get work done but are not the best to interact with. It’s like they bring whatever bad energy they deal with outside of work into work just depending on the day. Even when I have to call to schedule an appointment I Never look forward to it because I don’t know what vibe I’m going to get. You never want to feel uncomfortable in a place where you spend your money at. I was going to give them a 1 but no because the business is ran well very well. It’s just not the place for me but may be for someone else.

Both Dentist and Assistants were very careful and considerate with me because I was a nervous wreck going in. They immediately recognized this and made every effort to make my dental experience as comfortable as possible.

If you are strictly going in for a cleaning, the hygienist did a wonderful job. If this review was just about her it would be a 5. It’s what happens after the cleaning that was reminiscent of my experience at TIMESHARE sales. The dentist is the closer. They take HUGE pictures of your teeth & put it on a big screen & the dentist tells you how awful your teeth look. Basically he tells you your teeth are crooked, (meaning need braces) I already had braces! You need teeth whitening, you need a $700 mouth guard that they sell for $500 plus, sealers would advised etc etc. After the dentist, you go to a 2nd closer in an office where they have the paperwork ready for you to sign for apparently everything your awful looking teeth need. When you don’t sign, they shame you for being a Groupon customer & tell you how they are getting screwed by Groupon customers.

My entire experience was handled with care and compassion. I HATE going to the dentist with a passion.
My dentist and his team are top notch. Clean office, nice warm calming decor. Followed Covid guidelines. Sanitized everything after use.

I called on a Monday morning with a tooth ache and was able to get in the same day. I was there for four hours and walked out with a full check up and deep cleaning as well as a root canal and temporary crown. The entire process was nearly pain free. They are very good at this stuff.

The entire staff are very professional, thorough & go above and beyond. This was my first time as I’m looking for a new long term / permanent dentist and will definitely be back. Excellent teeth cleaning & awesome & smart hygienist and the dentist was so kind and calm and thorough. Highly recommend.

This was the worst experience. It took over an hour and 15 minutes just to get the x-rays and measurements done. The girl was having problems with her computer and her head lamp. Once she was finally done, she said she was going to go to the office to see if they could do my cleaning. I had already prepaid for the exam, x-rays and cleaning so I wasn’t sure why she had to ask. She came back with another girl that was trying to sell me an upgraded cleaning package for over $200. I told her that I just wanted the regular cleaning that I paid for. She replied, “so you want to leave the plaque and tarter there and just do a polish? ” I just walked out. I was so disgusted. I never ended up even getting my cleaning done. This place is a joke. I would definitely not recommend this place.

This was my 1st time & was an exceptional experience. The front office was so helpful w/ making the appointment, the Dr. & hygienist were so helpful & honest. They are brilliant, thorough & all so kind. I’ll be back. Highly recommend!

I got a Groupon for a cleaning + x-rays, but they refused to accept it (said the code didn't work, although I have suspicions that they're just trying to get the full cash price so Groupon doesn't take its commission). The receptionist was extremely rude with me about my patient paperwork not going through online, insisting that I didn't actually fill it out ahead of time when I did. The reason it wasn't accepted is because I have a Mexico address and phone number, which apparently aren't acceptable for their office. I ended up paying their promo price of $19.99 for the appointment, plus a mandatory $10 "COVID fee" they tack onto every visit.

Although the dental assistant did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, I got very scammy vibes from the dentist who tried to pressure sell me on a "cadillac of night guards" which supposedly I couldn't get anywhere else. First it cost $700+ if I didn't get their yearly dental plan ($150 which includes two $20 cleanings) then they lowered the price to ~$500 with the option to make payments through Care Credit. I considered making the purchase, but again felt like the receptionist was being incredibly rude and condescending with me, especially regarding my questions about the credit line / credit card they wanted me to sign up for.

I give this place 2 stars for the excellent dental cleaning but wouldn't recommend it overall.

I was an emergency intake for progressive and Dr. Aaron Johnson- The experience was Amazing. Addressed the issues the previous office I went to neglected to do, listened, and with no pain or grief to me, Provided expert and caring professional service. I feel better than expected afterwards- still do, and moved to make Progressive my Primary Dental caregiver.
