Dr. Patel is a meticulous and caring provider. His staff are awesome especially Mina and Chelsey.

If you value your time, do not go here! Out of the hour and a half I was there for a consult and cleaning, I waited half of that and they didn’t get to the cleaning. My daughter had a cleaning and exam and they didn’t consult or brief me on the exam. They cleaned her teeth without any words said. Go anywhere else but here

I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist for a broken filling. I had seen this office building in the Safeway parking lot and thought I would give them a call. They got me in the same day and treated me like family. That’s a good thing because I plan to become a regular patient.

I finally gave up on this place.

They seem to have lots of modern technology but no one seems to be able to use it properly. I have seen my X-rays placed in someone else's records. I have been asked to leave and return in several hours (this while I was medicated).

I have had three previous visits and none were satisfactory.

This front office is in complete disarray and I finally had enough today.

I had a dental issue happen at lunch yesterday, my filling broke. I called my dentist in Tucson and he was booked out till 1st of October. I happened to be at the bank in Vail and noticed a dental office next door. Decided to see if any openings and Heather the office mgr got me right in the next day! Without writing a book I can honestly say Dr Patel exceeded my expectations and his staff too! I will be coming back and I have already told 3 friends about you and texted them your card. Thank You!

Friendly staff, easy to get appointments, up to date technology and all staff are super professional. Thor is super knowledgeable about his profession and top notch hygienist I’ve ever seen.

First time visit to Dentists of Vail was an amazing experience. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Dr. McComas was knowledgeable, informative and answered all my questions. Katrina Pennington explained all my treatments for my oral health. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I just moved to AZ and needed a new dentist. I hadn’t had a teeth cleaning since a few months before the pandemic started. The cleaning was great! They were professional and did a thorough cleaning using water. I’d only ever had cleanings where my teeth were scraped with tools, and the water cleaning was far superior. They also measured the amount of gums on every tooth to see if I had gum disease. My old dentist never did that. Then I was told that my crown, which my old dentist made, was a whole MILLIMETER too small (I knew something was wrong because it felt like it was going to pop off when I flossed and food got stuck in there allll the time). I went back to get the crown replaced and although I absolutely ~hate~ dental work (I meditated for an hour before I went in so I didn’t freak out), the only thing that stung were the initial injections. They numbed me using topical gel first so it just hurt when they went into my jaw muscle. It had to be done and it only hurt for a moment. I was scared the whole time but Dr. Patel and his assistant were very calm and soft spoken, fast but careful. They made me feel more relaxed. I also don’t like when dentists and staff chit chat with each other while they are working on me because I feel like I’m eavesdropping or something, but they only talked about the procedure without saying scary stuff like, “Hand me the needle” or “Hand me the drill”. Lol. They used a 3-D printer thing to create me new crown. It fits perfectly and I was able to chew crunchy stuff on it within like 3 days. The tooth wasn’t the problem, it was that my jaw was sore from the injections. Also, during my first visit, two hygienists went above and beyond to get x-rays of all my teeth since I have a tiny mouth. They got the job done and didn’t hurt me or make the roof of my mouth bleed like my old dentists office did. I’m very happy to have found this place and highly recommend. Everyone was wearing masks and so were the patients when they weren’t being worked on.

Do not come to this dentist office. They REFUSE to help with pain control after extraction of a tooth! Dr will allow you to be crying in pain and will do nothing to help, even when asked multiple times because their ibuprofen and Tylenol suggestions do not work. This is the absolute worst dentist we have ever been to in 4 states. Go anywhere else, just don't come here! This would be 0 starts if it would allow me.

Oh my gosh! I can’t say enough great things about this practice! Dr Patel is one of the best dentists I have ever met. He did some cosmetic surgery to my teeth and they turned out beautifully. He explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. His staff are fantastic! They are so friendly and accommodating. This is a 5 star practice all day long. It’s clean and the staff make you feel comfortable. This place is a diamond in the ruff of dental offices! I am so happy I found them

Had a post inside my front tooth that held on a crown come loose and he
did an excellent job repairing it. Going to a Dentist is not one of my favorite things but I really like this one.

Finally secured visits for my family at this location and couldn’t have been more pleased. Staff is friendly and helpful. Technicians seem knowledgeable and their use of the most advanced equipment assures you’re getting top notch service. Most paperwork and even check in can be handled digitally and in advance, saving time! And it’s location in Vail, in the Safeway shopping center is perfect! Convenient and if you’re lucky enough to be seen in the back corner room you’ll have a fabulous view during your visit!

Wonderful staff, and great care. My husband, and myself, were holding back from seeing a dentist during this Covid scare. We were in need of a good cleaning and started searching for a new dentist family. We found a great place! From Heather, at the front desk, to Heather in x-ray and every place else, to Dr. Patel, and Dr. Mc Comas, and to the hygienist people, everyone was caring, concerned about you, and your oral health! Personally, I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but this group made it very pleasant! Kudos to all! Deb. R. Vail

Great experience! Dr. McComas was fantastic as well as the rest of the team. Didn't rush me out like so many other offices have. Highly recommend!

They billed me after I had no balance left. Withdrew money from my checking they would not return my money. The gave me. Credit then did another debit and said it was all done. Had to report fruad as they would not return my funds after numerous calls and emails.

You should call your insurance before agreeing to any service performed at this office.

They performed a service that wasn't fully covered by my insurance and didn't bother to go over specifics.

Now they're are hiding behind the scammer line "you signed, so now you are responsible. "

No one agrees to pay an unknown future amount for a service that you are told will cost you a specific amount.

These people seem friendly, but it's a mask to hide an ugly practice.

I had an amazing experience at Dentists of Vail this morning during my appointment. I had to bring my one year old along with me which, if you’re a parent, you can surely understand how that can be. I was nervous as he wasn’t very happy to be stuck in his stroller but every available staff member would come by and try to make him feel more comfortable and happy while I was getting a clean. I am beyond appreciative! It’s not easy having no other option but to bring your little one along to a teeth cleaning but they definitely helped this mama out! Thank you!
