I CANNOT express how much I adored working with the whole team here Dr. Parsiola was hands down the most genuine animal provider I have ever encountered with all of my animals. She truly makes her patients her own family in her heart. Unfortunately my sweet Maxwell had to be put down but our Dr.was so patient with the care of Maxwell and the extent of his terrible illness. She very lovingly expressed options for us and even when I was unsure and back and forth, she allowed me to have that room to do so. This team was very quick to communicate anything we needed and Dr. Parsiola was hands down on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for our sweet boy who we will miss tremendously-thank you.

The staff was very pleasant. The reason I gave them a one star rating, I left there knowing the same issue that my pet had from my vet with no resolution unless I wanted to spend $2500 to get my pets ears cleaned that is absurd. It was a very expensive visit when all they did was look in my dogs ear canal.

Dermatology for Animal has been very good to me and my dog. My dog was able to get cryosurgery on same day for a lump without being put to sleep. The procedure was done with local anesthesia (which is safer for older dogs). When there was residual lump left due to its size. Dr. Lewis was kind and caring enough to offer us another attempt at removing the lump over his lunch break. I could tell Dr. Lewis truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dermatologist for their fur babies.

I reviewed this place with a less-than-stellar review, so they "replied" to my review saying i never took my doggo there. PLEASE stay away from this place. They deafened my dog and charged me an exorbitant amount to do so! Caveat emptor! You will get better service with the same result, at a WAAAAAAAY cheaper price if you just stick with your tried and true normal vet. Stay away from these crooks!

Our vet recommended us to see a dermatologist after years of battling flare ups that progressively got worse to the point that sores and blisters would just open up on his paws and legs to the point that I thought my dog was dying. There was so much blood my house looked like a crime scene. Then we went to D4A and Dr Charboneau and the staff got his allergies under control in months. It is remarkable the difference in my Henri. No itching, no licking, no blisters and no sores. He has gotten the go ahead to continue with prescribed treatment and don't have to come back for a year. (We will miss everyone till next time, they really are impressive.)
We are so grateful to them for what they have done for Henri. His quality of life is so much better and that brings us relief and joy, and a ton of gratitude.

My recent visit was excellent. Staff communicates well, and spent a great deal of time with my dog and us. They explained the options thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice.

Good-ish Drs and staff, be prepared to have your knowledge/concerns/opinions discounted. SUPER overpriced.
Also would have been nice if they had informed me that one of the side effects of the medication they gave me was deafness. Yup, my boy is 99% deaf after ONE visit here.

This is a wonderful practice. We just visited last week and already our dog is showing significant improvement from his constant licking and chewing. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it's almost impossible to get them on the phone. I left messages in the past but my calls weren't returned, so I just kept calling until I got lucky and someone answered.

Wow! What a great specialist this place is! My cat has been having frequent ear infections and we were given a referral to this place. Dr. Hess was super informative and knew what she was talking about! All my concerns were addressed and we have a great process of trying to get my cat figured out. My cat is in great hands!

I have NEVER received such great care other than here, after going through 3 different veterinarians because of my dogs health issues. Dr. Lewis and his staff (love Amy!) are beyond sweet, professional and go the extra mile. I'm so impressed at all Dr. Lewis has done for me and my girl, Kira, and cannot thank him enough. I literally drive 45 minutes (without traffic) to get here and it's worth it! You will not find a better place for your pet, especially if they have challenging allergy issues.

This place is absolutely the best! They get you checked in fast and seen quickly. They are well organized and even have an email you can reach them at! They have a drive up window for rx and they get them done so fast! I love all of them especially Dr. Lewis as he really takes the time to figure out my dog and horses's skin issues! They are a bit pricey but well worth it! Dr. Lewis answers all of your questions and is never rushed!
