DES Office, Glendale AZ

Spoke to a woman who could not help me, when asking her to speak to someone who can she immediately interrupted me asking what can she help me with multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager at that point and she put me on hold. I waited on hold for over an hour for "manager" to be called and never got an answer.

Went to order new access card and was told had to be delivered. Said I was homeless. Worker gave me post office address and told me to call them. Called everyday for 2 weeks just be told card was sent back because I was supposed to set up general delivery.

This guy that helped me was very nice he actually gave me my case number and helped answer all my questions. Before coming to this office I had went to the one on 43rd ave and Indian school to ask for my case number and those ladies told me to call a number, so I decided to drive here and I was actually helped.

Today I went to this office in order to drop my return letter but the man who was standing in the front of the office. He gave me a paper where only the office address, online home page, and phone numbers etc. I asked him if I can drop my letter here. But he just kept telling me that you have to see the paper. He never listen to me. I felt like I was speaking to a robot. I felt He has never respected me. It was terrible customer service in my life. If I can, I want to put ZERO STAR.

Nicer places out of some of the DES offices. Get you through the line quickly. It’s right behind the Taco Bell if you can’t find it. Staff here usually kind. Some of the people are a little crazy but that’s just being out in public in general. Not a bad place altogether.

Every time I have gone they have done absolutely nothing to help. I have no way about some paperwork, so they just send me away.thanks. I appreciate that, how am I to get what I need if your staff wont help at all. Oh and their attitude could use some work, each time also I have gotten disrespect. I was quiet the first few times I got sent away, not this time. I'm not happy at all and hate each time I have to go.

Margie who sit at the front window is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. She has a nasty attitude if you ask her to explain something you don’t understand. She made my experience at this location a terrible one.

Kimberly at the front registration window and Diane in the back where very compassionate and helpful with my situation today. So thank you very much ladies, May God bless you in all that you do.

I feel my case was mishandled and the error was on DES' part, at this point i don't know who to speak with about this matter being that the Manager FEROOZ was who I spoke with wouldn't tell me much!

This des office is terrible. Takes forever just to get inside I was outside in line for over 1 hour and now been waiting almost 3 just to be interviewed.

It's a joke they don't tell you they stopped taking people. They stop at about 8 or 9. It fills with people with coach purses, hair dyed and nails done.

Service is fast, but they didn't help my friend with what she needed and it was a pretty simple job that should have been done easily.

Its Des always a line no matter what but they seem to hurry more here then other places and the workers are still friendly even halfway into the day wich is super rare.my visit lasted 15 minutes today and i got exactly what i was needing.

My experience was great I was in there about 3 hours got the benefits that I needed same day very friendly staff as soon as you walk in i was greeted I would recommend this place anybody to anyone thank you

Such as the circle and the staff are very corrupt and do not even understand the manager and assistant are also all rotten as the dream do not care about work only events, parties, eating and drinking I do not care citizens and reviewers do not care about time and care not even the elderly and children and ask them say we busy Rajan Rajan Guerra These pigs

On hold almost a half hour before someone finally answered the phone. I had to be embarrassed at the grocery store because some idiot screwed up and didn't renew my benefits. 3 days wothout food. I hate this place! They are rude and theres always dozens of kids, crying and screaming running around like animals. Their system for helping people is horrible.

Worst customer service ever. They don't even know what they are doing and they make you waste your time. I was treated horrible.

Fastest ever no line at all, I walked in and walked out with my new ebt card in five minutes! Real talk!

This place used to turn me away and let me go to another location just to apply for stamps and medical and I hated it and I ride the bus everywhere, but when the supervisor told me I can go anywhere I let them know at this office they continue to see me which was easier for me.
