Desert Bloom Family Medicine, Phoenix AZ

I had my initial appointment with Christine Rocks-Lopez. After going back and forth looking for a doctor. I can honestly say that I’ve made the right choice by picking Desert Bloom Clinic. Christine took the time to talk to me, guide me, and answer all my questions regarding my health issues. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

My first appointment was 1 week ago and I was not pleased with my experience. The front office staff, medical assistants and the phlebotomist were very friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. Beware of DR. KENNEDY he hates his job and it projected through his actions during my visit. I scheduled an appt for a physical amongst a few other things and he made me feel like he had no idea nor cared about any of my questions or concerns. To give you an idea of my experience with him, it was as if he has been in this field for far too long and lost his sense of compassion and caring! Like he’s accustomed to just going through the day to day motion and seriously lacking any emotions whatsoever! I felt blown off with everything I addressed with him. He did not properly listen to my lung sounds (I am an RN student and my wife is a nurse). He prescribed meds that he did not explain anything about to me. My experience for the first time here was terrible and I will definitely find a different primary care provider!

Great front end staff. Doctors are friendly and listen and attentive to your needs

The lobby was clean and social distancing was implemented. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The medical assistant that took me back was not any different than any other place. She was nice. I saw Christine Rocks, she is great. I felt that she cared and listened to everything I had to say.

Absolutely useless.all they care about is u scheduling an appointment.they dont respond to patient portal.not customer friendly.not in any hurry about anything especially your health.horrible.stay away.meat market.going thru the motions.everything by appt, even results even when on vacation, u think another Dr could step up an answer questions about bloodwork? Nope, have to wait 2 weeks until he comes back? What a joke.these good feedbacks are fake.

It's a long time since I've been to the doctor but they were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

The quality care my family and I receive at desert bloom is so greatly appreciated, the staff is super awesome n helpful an the repor with Dr. Chorney is amazing! To know my family has a dr that understands, cares and attentive to your health conditions is a true blessing! Thank you Dr Chorney, an awesome staff!

Friendly and professional staff. Glad to find a new primary care doctor since my previous doctor retired. Everyone is helpful and caring.

I've been on hold for almost 20mins! And when I do go there I don't get seen at my appointment time and the staff there is super rude. I need to switch clinics.

Great practice. They take sick walk ins in the morning, I’ve not been to a doctors office that does that. I see doctor Chourney, he’s very thorough, listens and discuss options in a way that’s easy to follow. The nurses in the office are very caring and personable.

Christine Rocks-Lopez is one of the best doctors I've had BUT THIS OFFICE HAS BY FAR THE WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF EVER. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WILL DO THE LEAST TO HELP YOU OUT.

Dr. Chorney is awsome and professional: he listened to my problems and he encouarged me to stay positive in my difficult situation! He is very respectful and listens to his patients.

DO NOT SEE Christine Rocks-Lopez! Absolutely the worse RN ever encountered. She literally hates what she does and is VERY RUDE. Desert bloom family practice is a very good place to go BUT having this piece of work at this office is hurting them badly. The rest of the team is great and friendly. I am giving this rating off of numerous encounters and family members aswell having the SAME BAD EXPERIENCES!

Wonderful office and staff! Dr. Chorney was very accommodating with fitting me into his schedule. He was very thorough and genuinely cared about my concerns. It’s always nice to have a doctor who seems to truly care!

I do not recommend that clínic recaude it does not Work to make an ppintment last an hour on hour cellphone. And they do not treat patients Wall.
