Desert Dentistry, Surprise AZ

Really can't say enough good things about this dental office. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Tara is by far the best hygienist I've ever had. I have very sensitive teeth, so cleanings can be an uncomfortable process. Not sure how Tara does it, but she's so good I could almost fall asleep. Tara makes me actually look forward to my next cleaning:) A+, highly recommend!

Had a root canal done and was in a lot of pain after. Called the office and they told me to just take some Aspirin. I shouldn’t have to pay because they are scared to write any prescriptions. Day 3 and still in a lot of pain.

First went there last fall to have a crown replaced. There were some issues with the company that made the crown, but Dr O handled it and made sure everything was perfect before he put it in. I have had no trouble with the crown at all. Went back yesterday for a checkup and everyone was so nice and professional and I felt safe in this COVID environment. Tara was my hygienist and she was kind and professional and helpful. Dr O did an exam and he was also very kind and professional. I would recommend this place 100%. I always hated going to the dentist but it was a good experience at Desert Dentistry.

I had the best experience here! My usual dentist was closed the day I needed to go in and they were able to give me an appointment the same day I needed one. Alysia & the other girl at the front desk were so nice and helpful. I even made my regular cleaning appointment while I was there and decided to cancel mine at my other dentist.

If you are suffering from any kind of dental problem, then you should definitely go to this clinic without thinking twice. They are very responsible and they have worthy dentist who can take care of all your problems and give the best possible treatment.

My 11-year-old kid fell down in the school and damaged one of his incisors. The dentist took his case on an emergency basis and provided him an effective solution. He immediately put my scared kid to ease. I really appreciate his efforts and good work. Recommended!

My son was scared of the dentist and so I always had to lure him to go to the clinic. But after meeting this dentist he is no more scared of dental procedures. The dentist kept him at ease throughout. He was very friendly to my son and he made sure that nothing scared him. I recommend him highly!

My 9-year-old son loves going to the Dentist, and that is because the staff is just so great with him. They are very friendly and attentive, ask him about things he likes. They tell him if he needs to improve on brushing or flossing, and compliment he improves. It makes him want to take better care of his teeth. My little tech genius is known for getting one of the TV's to work when they couldn't find the problem. Everyone that he has ever seen at Desert Dentistry in Surprise, AZ has just been amazing.

Went in to have my wife's teeth cleaning done. They told her that she needed $3,500.00 worth of work done to her teeth. We decided to get a second opinion and was told that none of the work quoted was necessary.

They also told us that the cleaning was covered by insurance. After we decided to not have the work done there, they sent us a bill for $195.00 for the cleaning. We cannot recommend them at all.

Dr. Patel and staff including the ladies at the front desk are incredibly accomodating and always friendly. They make going to the dentist comfortable and easy and I would recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks A bunch!

This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in the door, to check out, I felt like my experience mattered to them. Every staff member patiently explained the role they played in my care. I never felt pressured or out of options. My treatment plan was thoroughly reviewed and discussed. I was even given a welcome gift as a new patient. Desert Dentistry will definitely be our family's dental office!
